It’s Mad Scientist Time, and this time we are journeying into the future to choose between the power sets of two of the Legion’s of Superheroes most useless members.

A.)    Matter-Eater Lad.  You can eat and digest anything.  That’s it.  You don’t gain any of the object’s properties, but if you can get it between your teeth, you can eat it.   Metal, wood, glass, rubber, acid, fire (probably), rocks, diamonds, etc.  The denser something is, the higher the caloric intake, but otherwise the body will process everything like normal food.

B.)    Bouncing Boy.  You can inflate your body and bounce off stuff.  Also, when inflated you’re invulnerable to electricity, and have a heightened resistance to injury, but you can still get cut or shot, etc depending on the size, distance, stopping power, materials, etc.  You have limited control of where you bounce, but once you really get going, it’s up to Rubber Jesus.
