Cycle zero is my term for the cycle immediately prior to the cycle of actively ttc. I want all my supplements to be as they will be during the ttc cycle and so forth. Cycle zero sounds so very real.

Cycle zero will be starting tomorrow. Spotting today, on day thirteen of a luteal phase that is typically thirteen days. It's truly here.

There is a slight complication in that I don't know how I'll manage to maintain my supplements during the holidays. We'll be at a relatives' house from Christmas Day through December 28, and while they aren't exactly nosy, it would be extremely difficult to be discreet about taking my supplements, unless I reverse my usual routine and take them immediately prior to bed each day, using the bathroom sink for water to drink with them. They won't find my probiotics or CLO odd, which is good, since they require refrigeration, but I cannot imagine their reaction to a prenatal, a B vitamin complex, folic acid, cranberry, and Lydia Pinkham's. I don't even want to begin to attempt to explain. I'm not a person who shares my ttc status with others (aside from dh, of course). There's one exception, and we're not even related.
