There are many different applications, plugins and extras for you to try out in Build.Last.FM, the music website's community powered workshop, but one of the best is Last.FM Spiral.
Type your username into the field and it generates a dynamic spiral based upon your scrobbled weekly top artists for the past year. This data is set against time; the top artist two weeks ago has a larger shape than the equivalent ten weeks ago.
The best part is as you move your cursor over each of the flash generated nodes, the artists played that resulted in that shape are displayed under your username, together with both the number of weeks they were in your top ten, & the total number of plays.
