Interesting aftermath to my post Friday. Sometime Friday evening, WBBM's signal came back. This commission is used to pay for the art sale costs such as equipment rental, advertising, wrapping supplies, credit card bank fees and security. I never would have dreamed that a city with a mass transit system, where people may not have to drive their car often, and not enough private parking/garage spaces for the number of residents would ticket you for parking outside of your own apartment.
