All the info I have on him is his first name, but honestly the hat tells it all. Once you've worn one piece of his you can spot his work on just about anybody. WBBM Back, WLS Goes Away

Interesting aftermath to my post Friday. Sometime Friday evening, WBBM's signal came back. It was only at 45 to 50 per cent quality, according to my converter box, but it was back and the programs could be seen. You'd almost think that someone there reads Live Journal. Parking ticket

... ticket (as in, not having to pay it/getting it reduced)? If anyone has any advice, it would be greatly appreciated! I never would have dreamed that a city with a mass transit system, where people may not have to drive their car often, and not enough private parking/garage spaces for the number of residents would ticket you for parking outside of your own apartment.
