Just the other day I tried to take a picture of something and noticed my camera was wonky. The LCD was black (instead of showing what I was pointing at) but still had the menu icons in place and I could review old photos so it wasn't that the LCD was dead. Did some googling and found out that it's actually an acknowledged problem w/ some of Canon's cameras and they're offering to repair them, regardless of warranty status, for free. They're also willing to cover shipping costs. How fucking awesome is that? I love Canon.

And that is why you haven't seen the awesome flowers Steph sent me for our 11th anniversary or my new haircut. Sorry about that.
