Yes, I have heard about David leaving DW. Blair texted me yesterday morning. Yes, I am a little sad about this, because I do love David/Ten. But David needs a break (dude, seriously, when did he last sleep?) and the chance to do something new, and after all of the RTD/Ten-induced anger I've felt since the s4 finale, I'm looking forward to seeing Eleven (is it true that David Morrissey is going to be the next Doctor??). I'm hoping the 2009 specials are really FANTASTIC/BRILLIANT/MOLTE BENE, though.

I find that I have to remind myself that I'm American. Only four months away, and I now have to think about my nationality. (Then again, sometimes I forget I'm 21. Ha.)

The entire campus has gone insane with sickness/fears of getting sick. I've seen four people walking around with face masks on. Jacob was the only sick person in my wing; now Obai's sick. It's fuckin' ridiculous and makes everything fifty times more stressful than they already were. I feel like we're a powderkeg with the fuse about to hit the gunpowder. I'm feeling way paranoid and hypochondriac-y.

Oh, and a possum got into the common room last night and ate a bowl of somebody's Froot Loops. Nathan got kitted out in protective gear and managed to shoo the thing outside with Lynelle (and a bunch of other people)'s help. I got the whole thing on video. |
