Con motivo de la visita de mis hermanas menores, mi hermana mayor ha decidido invitarnos a ver a los dinosaurios animatronics. Como el local queda en espacio Riesco (a la chucha), mi hermana decidió usar el sistema TicketMaster, el cual te permite comprar entradas por internet o en otros locales para asistir a determinados eventos.
En fin, tenía que ir a una sucursal a comprar los boletos, reviso la información en su sitio web para ver la sucursal más cercana y descubro que hay una bastante cerca de mi Universidad. Me tome un tiempo para ir.... y descubrir que no había ninguna sucursal. Algo molesto por lo que claramente era información desactualizada, decido revisar otra sucursal, y descubro que hay otra en Pedro de Valdivia Norte, no es tan lejos de donde vive mi hermana, así que decido ir... y descubrir que esta vez, no solo la sucursal no existe, si no que la dirección ni siquiera existe, eso era información falsa.
Por suerte había anotado el número telefónico de TicketMaster, y averiguo de la operadora que hay una sucursal en la Concepción, en la dirección contraria a la casa de mi hermana!.
Definitivamente molesto, por la ineficacia del WebMaster del sitio, finalmente llego a la sucursal para averiguar que allí no se pueden comprar entradas, si no que solo se pueden comprar en Internet (y solo si era mucho tiempo antes del evento) y en otras tiendas, y que allí solo se pueden retirar.
Como era esperable, la sucursal que si existía no aparecía en la página web.


Due to the visit of my little sisters, my big sister has decided to invite us to watch the animatronics dinosaurs. As the place is in "Espacio Riesco" (damn far), my sister decided to use TicketMaster, which allows you to buy tickets by internet or in other stores to attend determined events.
Anyway, I had to go to a office to buy the tickets, I check the information from their website looking for the closest office and find out that there is one quite near my University. I took some time to go.... and find out that there's no office. A little upset for what was clearly non-updated information, I decide to look for another office, and find out that there's anoter one in "Pedro de Valdivia Norte", is not that far from where my sister lives, so I decide to go... and find out that this time, there's not only no office, but that the address doesn't exist, that was false information.
Luckily I had written down the TicketMaster phone number, and find out that there's an office en "La Concepción", in the opposite way to my sister's house!.
definitely upset, for the ineffectiveness of the site's WebMaster, finally I arrive to the ofice to find out that there you can't buy tickets, but they can only be bought from Internet (and only if it was much before the event) and in other stores, and that there you could only retire them.
