Possibly the funniest thing I have ever seen on Hollywood Blvd.  People, often with less than mediocre capacity for sanity, >dress in costumes and charge a fee for taking photos of them in front of the Chinese Theater in Hollywood. Trouble is, they also have lives after hours in Hollywood which consists of a lot of meth usage and other riff raff. Confronted with both lives at once, the spectacle ensues.
