Just the other day, I got an e-mail from my current web host saying that their free hosting services would be ended by the close of the month. This means I will either have to pay or move my site elsewhere. I have a really neat looking site that I must say a lot of work went into building, however, I do have it all saved because I usually edit it with Dreamweaver from my PC. I rarely, if ever edit it straight from the file manager unless I simply cannot get to a computer to work on it and something needs to be done.

Currently, I am sifting through all of the many annoying 'free' web providers online that would offer me such things as PHP, MySQL and other perks such as this. I just now got a program called Coppermine working on my website as well for the photo gallery. That really burns me! I spent hours getting that thing to work just right only to have it shot down by the powers that be. Again, back to free web hosting services. You wouldn't believe the garbage that's out there! I've found so called free hosting sites that are nothing BUT advertisements. I've also found some providers that look really good only to find that I never got the activation e-mail from them. I was looking forward to a few of them too. NOW I have found a provider that I wouldn't mind using that would offer me tons more space than what I currently am using but I can't log into their server! I've went through all the steps of signing up, waiting for the verification e-mail, responding to said e-mail and then getting confirmation of my account status. The login and password combination doesn't seem to be working at the moment whenever I attempt to log into the cPanel. What more could go wrong?
