I stepped on a piece of glass today.

A huge, long, pointy piece that went about half an inch into my foot. So I hopped next door to see Trevor, Lawrence's dad, in case when I took out the piece of glass I needed help. That's about when Lawrence and Barbara came back from driving lessons. They all rushed in, even Trevor who hates blood, and bandaged my foot. Then they gave me rose champagne and Lawrence made cookies. Now we're watching School of Rock and making maille.

I love this family.

I really wish I didn't have to leave so soon.
