It's a neat trick to learn to simplify. It makes the craziness that generally surrounds me less harrowing. It's not a fully developed skill by any means but the past five days have been very productive and disciplined.

I've been writing nonstop. I've been to the gym regularly and can finally call it a habit that I don't shirk with excuses no matter how busy my days may be. It's a bit boring, which was the hardest part to get over. I'm a thrill seeker at heart. It took time to quiet down and see the benefit.
