I've been busy with life stuff. Last night I was headed to the Teacher's part of town and something inspired me to call him and ask if he could meet up. Even as I was saying it, I thought "this is a bad bad idea." He uncharacteristically said "yes, I can do that" and I said if things changed, he should call me. He called. "Sorry, can't meet." I wasn't even sorry.

Boy Toy is coming over today, and I am very much looking forward to that. As much as I keep telling myself I'm not going to sleep with guys who won't even give me a freakin' phone number where I can reach them [usually because they're married or involved], he's an exception. I guess I think he's worth the effort.

J keeps trying to ping me and I keep blowing him off. I say I gotta work. I DO have to work, but I made time for Boy Toy to come over even though I told J he could not, so ... yeah.

Boy Toy's really keen all of a sudden on setting up a foursome with him and me and another couple. We tried to do this before. I did a lot of work, because he doesn't have a cell phone and frequently wasn't on email when I needed info from him and even missed an in-person meeting about it. Finally set something up, he and I were going to split the cost of the hotel room, and at the last minute he cancelled. I like the couple and all, but I was too broke to cover the whole room cost alone. So I told him the only way a foursome is happening is if he does all the legwork and arranging and covers the cost and I just have to show up. He said "but I don't know these people and you do" and I thought (and maybe said) "so find someone else. it's all you this time. you set it up and I'll be there."

PSG hasn't really talked to me since last Saturday's call. We're said hi in passing and that's about it. I won't be at his house tomorrow because I have to work and I told him that, he seemed fairly indifferent to that. So hopefully if there's any awkwardness on his side because of last week's call, it will have faded by the next time he has a gathering in a couple weeks.
