While watching the 1am repeat of the new ep last night (The Moon Landing Myths ep, which rocked) I saw an add that Jamie and Adam are comeing To The Moore In Seattle!! I told Joan, and of course we both rushed to the website.

Oh, how our hearts fell when we could't get two tickets. We could each get one, but they were in the absolutyl worst section of an already poorly designed 100 year old theater, and not even closely together, and even those were nearly gone.

Oh, woe, how our hearts did brake.

Then oh joy! And idea! Maybe they'd do a show in Portland! So Rush Rush Rush, off to search the dark and droomy Ticktmaster for information. And yes! In Portland! But no! No date on when tickets go on sale! Nor what times the show would be. And oh woe be us again.

But hark, what is that I see before mine eyes? Be it yet another listing for Seattle??

It is! Oh joy, it is! A new 3pm showing had suddenly appeared before mine eyes! Another show, and tickets did not beguin sales until 10am the next morn. We still had a chance!

One of us must take upon our selves the arguius task of setting an alarm and buying tickets for both as such a bayful hour.

But then doom did strike! For we both did rush to our bank accounts to see what was the tally, and woe be us again, neither of us had enough for both tickets! And should be both try for just one, we would be torn assunder by row upon row of strangers.

And then came onto us a light of hope, a beacon in the middle of the night...parrents! For lo, there must be some good yet to come of two sadly 26 year olds forced by heath to live with family in these dark times!

And victory was us! It was! Oh yes it was!

Money in hand (and bank), Joan did stride forth and purchace our tickets! Not even the villeny of her mother, who had known all along that they were comeing and yet did not tell us, could take from us our joy!

And behold, our reward! Two tickets, seats together, third row dead center! ::holds up shineing printout of holyness:: Let all bow before their Glory. For let it be known that upon the nooning of October 3rd, and the hour of 3pm, we shall be at the holyest of Moores watching THE FUCKING MYTHBUSTERS LIVE!!!!
