Whether by accident or remarkable foresight, it seems as if this journal will perhaps take up the role it was initially intended to fulfill. That is, a place to post my writing.

I'm planning on participating this year in National Novel Writing Month, or NaNoWriMo as those in the in-crowd call it, which is going to require that I write about 2,000 words a day throughout the month of November. In other words, a novel.

I've also been missing this little blog quite a bit lately, so I thought I might combine these two realities and use this as a space to post excerpts or complaints or notes or insights or just absolute nonsense.

Or, I could just go back to rambling about silly TV shows and pop culture. After writing 2,000 words a day on one thing, I might just want a reprieve.

Double or, I could just forget about this journal and let it once again fade into further obscurity. Pretty impressive, as it already entertains an audience of zero.

I start writing Saturday, so I suppose we'll all just wait and see, hmmm?
