Well, that finale just kind of broke my heart.

I mean, it was a very good finale - good storytelling, fairly well told, etc. But I'm such a shipper at heart (pretty much the reason I watch these shows), so when they don't end with my couple together I'm always a bit heartbroken. But at least she wasn't with someone else (coughVeronicaMarscough) and it wasn't an awful end - they still have a future, she just needs a bit of time to grow by herself. 

On the upside, there should be quite a bit of good fic where Jude comes back home and they meet up again.

Oh, and the acting in that proposal scene was really good, though I thought it was way too early for them to be engaged anyways. But really, very sweet. The way Tommy's voice cracked throughout made me melt a bit.
