Part of handling my grief is staying busy.  Physical activity does help some, so today I took the trash out to the dumpster, mowed the yard (front and back), bought groceries, walked to a nearby dollar store that's going out of business and is selling everything 50% off, did dishes, and hmmmm... can't think what else, and it's only 4:30 pm!

I had turned the a/c off since we were having some nice cool days (well, cool for here anyway), but had to turn it back on this afternoon since we are back up in the 90s again. 

Just took a short break to sweep the dining/living room areas.  Next I'm going to work on the winter clothes that are all in bags in the hall closet in the main part of the house. 

The orthotics place finally has my new boots, so I'll go in Monday to get the leg brace attached to the new ones.  Hopefully they will fit better than the current shoes.
