Title: 91 Moons
Author: [info]klynie1
Pairing: N/A
Rating: PG
Summary: Eleven-year-old Remus Lupin is determined to make it through Hogwarts one moon at a time. Tonight's the first.
Claire's Notes: Amazing. Not only a reflection on Remus's trials in his upbringing, but we have a glimpse of Sirius's home life as well. Dumbledore must not have seen Sirius's assortment coming because that boy is too clever and knowledgeable in the way of the Dark Arts.

Title: A Hard Lesson to Learn
Author: [info]bookshop
Pairing: Draco/Lucius, Draco/Snape
Rating: NC-17
Summary: Draco spends his first Christmas away from home, and can't stop thinking about his father, and the lessons he's learned over the years. But sometimes, lessons can do more harm than good.
Claire's Notes: a) Though the students may not feel inclined to cry on Snape's shoulder, I do think he'd encourage them to speak if they had any real concerns, particularly at home. Not only because he's a teacher and that's his duty, but as a spy. b) From the very first book, I had the impression that Draco was not raised for war. Though the Malfoys may have drilled every sort of proper etiquette into the boy, I sincerely doubt they'd go that far. Besides, Draco is very expressive in the series. c) The only Slytherin to stay? Yeah right. I'm sure someone besides Draco has problems at home. He's not the only one to lose a parent or two. d) Draco's comeback was entirely OOC. e) Snape wouldn't even consider doing that last action with an audience. f) Poor choice of wording in a sex scene: elder fingers (makes me think of old, wrinkled hands), swelling to swollen, fricative (used twice, and that wasn't the only one)

Title: A Lousy History of Tomorrows
Author: [info]musesfool
Pairing: Remus/Sirius
Rating: NC-17
Summary: "You don't know it yet, but this is the last time you will ever touch him like this."
Claire's Notes: I can't imagine Sirius having mechanical sex. He's so passionate that you'd think he'd be more aggressive, more desperate, at such a time.

Title: After Hours
Author: [info]bookshop
Pairing: Draco/Harry, Remus/Snape
Rating: NC-17
Summary: Draco likes to watch. Harry likes to watch Draco. Featuring after-hours sex and Invisibility cloaks.
Claire's Notes: PWP and established relationship, but hot damn!

Title: Afterglow
Author: [info]bookshop
Pairing: Draco/Harry
Rating: PG
Summary: Harry and Draco bask. If this were any fluffier, it'd be cotton candy.
Claire's Notes: Established relationship. The summary says it all.

Title: Assurance
Author: [info]bookshop
Pairing: Draco/Harry
Rating: PG
Summary: Harry and Draco come to an understanding.
Claire's Notes:Seems rather silly that Harry would blurt something like that out, but I liked Hermione's reaction. And that wasn't very Slytherin of Draco.

Sequel:
Title: Admission
Author: [info]bookshop
Pairing: Draco/Harry
Rating: PG
Summary: Sequel to Assurance.
Claire's Notes: I can see why Aja doesn't like this. It's terrible! And irrevocably OOC.

Title: Atrophy
Author: [info]bookshop
Pairing: Draco/Harry
Rating: NC-17
Summary: Draco is rebelling against something, he's just not sure what, or who. And he's not wearing leather, though he might be eating it. Possible squicks include flab, war, overeating, and coffin sex.
Claire's Notes: An interesting method of rebellion, but I can't imagine Draco locking himself away during the war.

Title: The Best-Laid Plans
Author: [info]bookshop
Pairing: Draco/Harry
Rating: PG
Summary: Draco plots. Harry cross-dresses. That’s about it, really.
Claire's Notes: Not very funny crack, just rather ridiculous.

Title: Blue Jeans!Harry
Author: [info]bookshop
Pairing: Draco/Harry
Rating: PG-13
Summary: Armed only with a pair of Levis and a Quidditch tank, Sexy!Harry gets his own back for all those Draco-in-leather fics. Tres Slashy.
Claire's Notes: It's great that Harry gets to be the irresistible object of lust, but they're far too accepting.

Title: Bolero
Author: [info]bookshop
Pairing: Draco/Harry
Rating: PG
Summary: Draco attempts to make up for Hogwarts' appalling lack of musical studies by teaching Harry what Ravel was really about, proving in the process that teenage boys are incapable of thinking about anything but sex.
Claire's Notes: Is this even Harry and Draco? Jeez.

Title: Coming Home
Author: [info]bookshop
Pairing: Fred/George, Fred/George/Remus, Remus/Sirius
Rating: NC-17
Summary: After the war, Remus feels old, alone, and unwanted. But nothing could be further from the truth.
Claire's Notes: It just happens. Urgh. Plus how could the pain of transforming into a werewolf be comforting or soothing? I can understand the resulting freedom, but not the change. And it's really freaking weird that he "saw" Sirius at that moment.

Title: Denial
Author: Calixta9
Pairing: Draco/Harry
Rating: NC-17
Summary: After the War with Voldemort, Draco comes seeking Harry - tired of waiting.
Claire's Notes: "You of all people should know that I'd never trick you." Ri~ght, beacuse you have such a great track record. And for such long-held denial, this is certainly a hell of a lot of self-control.

Title: Dirty Laundry
Author: [info]musesfool
Pairing: Remus/Sirius, Sirius/various
Rating: R
Summary: Sirius hated himself for doing this to Remus, and Remus for not making him stop.
Claire's Notes: These two seem to have a way of punishing themselves.

Title: Fifty Dollars for the Powder Room
Author: [info]musesfool
Pairing: Remus/Sirius, Remus/Other, Sirius/various
Rating: R
Summary: It rained the day Remus moved into the flat above Sirius's.
Claire's Notes: Remus doesn't seem like the type, though the rest sure does fit Sirius.

Title: Green Eyes
Author: [info]bookshop
Pairing: Draco/Harry
Rating: NC-17
Summary: Malfoy is being a git, and Harry's had enough of it. Post-war, 7th year.
Claire's Notes: PWP. While Harry can be a bit possessive, that last bit went too far. Poor choice of wording in a sex scene: grasping hole I hate that phrase almost as much as hungry hole.

Title: (The One Where) Harry and Draco Do the Laundry
Author: [info]bookshop
Pairing: Draco/Harry
Rating: PG
Summary: Harry is rather in love with the way Draco smells. Draco is rather in love with Harry.
Claire's Notes: Established relationship. Unrepentant fluff that adds nothing to the dynamics of their interactions. Just plain OOC.

Title: Home Remedy
Author: [info]bookshop
Pairing: Bill/Percy
Rating: NC-17
Summary: Percy's got a cold, and Bill knows just the thing to cure him.
Claire's Notes: PWP. Poor choice of wording in a sex scene: slimy You don't want to use words that make you think "gross" in a sex scene. It throws off the flow. Not that having sex while you're all stuffed up with phlegm is very attractive anyway...

Title: Keeping Company
Author: [info]celandineb
Pairing: Lily/Sirius, James/Lily, James/Sirius
Rating: NC-17
Summary: James puts his Invisibility Cloak to a most gratifying use. Het, with a twist.
Claire's Notes: PWP. *sighs* It's all just sex, which doesn't interest me. There's no emotional exploration, no beauty.

Title: Ouroboros
Author: [info]tkp
Pairing: N/A
Rating: G
Summary: Short, with focus on the epilogue.
Claire's Notes: Tedious and boring. I couldn't even finish despite it's short length. Yes, I agree that the epilogue was damn creepy because everyone just sort of fell into the roles they were given, but could you have found a more interesting way of saying it?

Title: Sigillum Serecti
Author: [info]klynie1
Pairing: Draco/Harry/Snape
Rating: NC-17
Summary: In a desperate attempt to defeat Voldemort, Draco Malfoy's life becomes a bond between two enemies: Severus Snape and Harry Potter.
Claire's Notes: Though we're afforded some token protests, this is so damn implausible. A binding that prevents them from lying to one another is too damn inconvenient. There's too much risk! Not to mention that Snape offering "comfort" after Draco's confession is so damn OOC. Damn!

Title: Sleeping with the Enemy
Author: Cimorene
Pairing: Draco/Harry
Rating: NC-17
Summary: Draco's an evil death eater, but Harry loves him anyway.
Claire's Notes: What a waste of time. Not funny at all.

Title: Touch
Author: [info]achiasa
Pairing: Draco/Harry
Rating: R
Summary: Touch can have a dreamlike magic all its own. A set of tiny linked H/D vignettes that set out to piece together just what love can mean. Slashy, fluffy and sensual.
Claire's Notes: No plot. The "sensuality" is hardly justified. There is doubt, but it's more of a mention than exploration.

Title: Two Hundred Thirty-Two Seconds
Author: CJ
Pairing: Draco/Harry
Rating: NC-17
Summary: Four minutes before the class arrives.
Claire's Notes: PWP. Draco's cover was clever, but expected.

Title: Unfinished Business
Author: [info]cupiscent
Pairing: Draco/Harry
Rating: NC-17
Summary: Ten years after the War ends, Harry and Draco still haven't got their act together. But maybe it's not too late.
Claire's Notes: Boring. I love the idea that Draco would grow out his hair and use his father's cane to remind everyone of just who he is and the treatment he would get as a result. However, how the hell did everyone become so complacent? I know they're older and such, but they'd never allow Creevey into such an influential position.
