I could fill the whole entry with honeymoon pictures, I even got a chance to do a few watercolours. We did all the touristy things but also a lot of exploring around the Souks. Mosaics everywere, Moroccans seem to have an inability to leave anything plain. Every simple household item will be designed. The effect is amazing.

Wedding pictures will still follow, but it may be a while.



The Bab Agenou, a old city gate in Marrakesh, reminded me a lot of my childhood copy of "Arabian nights". The storks nesting on the wall don't give a toss about the bustle underneath.



One of the high passes in the atlas, that's hight in meters not feet! Arisha, does this scarf look familiar to you? This is about three hours from the hot desertlike Marrkesh, unbelievable.



It is a honeymoon, so the obligatory Mr. and Mrs K picture :-) Again in the Atlas near a Berber village in the Ourika village.



We went to see a Kasbah "ancient village" in the Atlas. It was very impressive, but strangely familiar. Maybe because it has been used in "Lawrence of Arabia", "Kingdom of Heaven", "Babel"... and loads of others.
