I got an email from my Dad saying he was sorry for getting upset about the money yesterday and reassuring John and I that the house will work out.  I had talked to my Mom and told her I need to really make sure we can afford it.  I wanted to make the choice was right.  Especially with family.  I guess that made him worry we were not going to move down at all but we are.  Iam ready for an adventure/change etc. 

So anyway I thought that was sweet.  And we are proceeding as planned.  I just hope my house sales quick.
