Every time I go into a convenience store or supermarche I compulsively buy notebooks and sketchbooks.  I must own at least thirty of them in various shapes and sizes.  Hell, in my dorm I have at least ten if you include the tiny pink one with the polka dots and graph paper inside.  I just really like it when they have awesome covers, and if they don't I can always put awesome stuff on the cover and make them awesome.

To complicate matters, French notebooks have this amazingly confusing-looking grid network on their standard notebook paper and it makes me all giddy inside.  And after THAT I saw French looseleaf paper in pink, yellow, and blue, so not only did it have a crazy grid network instead of regular lines, IT WAS ALSO COLORFUL.

If I had the initiative to make myself a truly emo icon in reflection of my notebook gluttony I so would.  It's tragic.  I actually wanted to buy ANOTHER one because it was a sheet music notebook and I have never purchased one like that before.  It was about half a Euro too.  I don't even WRITE sheet music, but you never know, I might if I had a sheet music notebook.  I could at least copy sheet music I'd find elsewhere.  I don't think notebook addictions are normal.  Maybe I should get it checked out by a professional or something,  it's kind of scaring me.
