We all realize the appeal of going bright. When I say this I mean with out eye shadows. But answer me this, is it super flattering? Or just attention grabbing? Now, I love the attention - but is it weird to look like you have had neon lights break and splatter your face? Whatever your opinion these new MAX Factor MAXeye shadows are selling like a good Cinnabon!
