My parents came for a visit last Saturday. They had promised to buy groceries for me, and they sure did. Now my freezer is crammed with chicken, ground meat and fish. In return, I cooked them the porter meatballs, which they liked. We also went for a shopping spree, as always when Mom comes to town. Mom bought a new autumn jacket for herself, and a dress for me. "You don´t have to, I get my student loans next Thursday, I´ll buy it then", I said, but she wouldn´t listen. Love you, Mom!

I obviously grabbed the last pair of sailor trousers at H&M. Woohoo. I´ve wanted a pair of trousers like those for several years, and now I have them! They are black, have Regency buttons and are a size 38. I´m a size 38! Holy crap! *faints*

Maybe I´m going to London this year, after all. Yesters, my brother called. He works for a computer company, and his boss had offered him to come to London in December for a few days of test work. Since he´s never been to London, he asked if anyone from our family would like to come with him, as a mental support. As long as it works with school, I´m game! :-D The possibility of my kid brother working in London... *faints again*

And the best for last: we got back the Chemistry test today. I got a VG. Yes! Well, it could have been an MVG actually, if it hadn´t been for two stupid, sloppy mistakes, but I´m not complaining! And, it proves that I can get good grades, even in science subjects. It gives me courage for the Physics test next week!

So, I´d say life is pretty good, right now. The only bad thing is that it´s been ages since I had time for sewing. I haven´t gotten much done on E´s tunic, and after reading

pktaxwench ´s tutorial post about how to make pockets, I felt a craving to start with my pirate coat. Well, I guess that won´t happen until Christmas break. Sadly, cause I have a lot of ideas for that coat... ;-) Don´t you too,
