ok, it's not Soulseek it's self, it's the users on Soulseek that piss me off. Most of them are just plain assholes, other have stupid rules that you have to fallow in order to download from them. like I was trying to download some meditation music from this one guy and he was like "sorry, read rules" and I did and fixed what I thought the problem was. I was still banned and then I read and reread and then I saw at the very bottom of his f***ing rule list "Unsorted Files - ban" and I was like "WTF, you banned me from downloading from you because MY music folder isn't organized enough for you? WTF?!!
and a few day ago I was downloading some other meditation music and this guy was like "You can only download 30 at a time". the first thought that came to me head was "I'm only loading 1 at a time, the rest are in the q" and I said so. Instead of explaining what he meant, he instead said "Fuck off smart ass". and me not wanting to start any thing rolled my eyes and then realized what he meant. I did fix it and we did end up sorting out the "misunderstanding" between us, but still... wtf? Why are people such assholes on Soulseek?
