Summary: Hasshi is overwhelmed with preparing for the Kis-My-Ft2/ABC-Z concert, and goes to Sanada and Nozawa to talk about it.
Notes: This is probably really bad, but I randomly got the idea and it was fighting to get typed out. So here you go!
Disclaimer: I don't own any of the JE boys, and I have no clue if this is how Hasshi really feels about the concerts. I'm just a random fan who got a random idea. No suing me? Hasshi was exhausted. Magazine interviews, concert rehearsals, photo shoots… Although he was extremely happy with the chance to participate in the concerts, it was more than any normal fifteen year old could handle. So when they had a break from rehearsing for the next Shounen Club episode he found himself sneaking off to the general practice room, where he was sure Sanada and Nozawa would be.
Sure, ABC was nice. Really nice. They were doing their best to make him feel included and a part of the group, and Hasshi was thankful for that. But there was a 6 year age difference between him and the youngest member, and a 7 centimeter height difference between him and the tallest. ABC was doing their best to make him feel comfortable, but he really just couldn’t.
He had reached the doors into the practice room right as Nozawa and Sanada were stepping out. Hasshi’s eyes met theirs and, ever perceptive to this sort of thing, Nozawa said with a kind smile, “Let’s go talk about it.”
Once they’d found an empty stairway to sit in, Hasshi broke down and told them about all the stress, how he really wasn’t ready for this, how everyone in ABC was being so nice but how he still wished he was back practicing with them.
Sanada and Nozawa assured him that even if it was awkward, it was for the better. He’d get more publicity, and seeing that Johnny had placed him there it meant that he expected big things from Hasshi. After consoling him, they told him about how Yamashita-kun was nice and friendly, and funny stories like how in the middle of rehearsing for Secret Agent Man Shintaro had decided to start making weird poses.
The last things they said before the break time would be over was that he should just give it his all, and as long as he did that everyone would be proud of him. And that if he ever needed to talk again that they’d always be there.
Smiling, Hasshi said a quick ‘Thanks guys.’ before having to run off back to the room where ABC would be practicing. Next they were going to help him with his acrobatics, and Hasshi thought that he was ready to challenge whatever they had for him this time.
