Starting to feel a bit like ctober!

Going to a birthday party this weekend - Our neighbors Jay & Sean are celebrating 1 year of Duncan being out in the world with them! BHK is making a cake, and got a cute outfit... pictures may follow later, if they're taken, and permitted. (Folks can be worrisome about kid pics on the net.)

Watched SNL with in-laws - mostly silly political stuff about the debate, which was cute.

BHK made shepherds pie and baked zucchini for dinner tonight - the pie was a smidgen different with the inclusion of eggplant. It made for a sweeter flavor, and better texture. I'm not sure which I prefer more.
