Happy birthday architectgirl43! Welcome to the world of no-longer-teenagers :-P

In honor of the occasion I made a Boston cream pie, but the custard filling didn't thicken enough so we are using vanilla pudding from the store. I have issues with custards and the like. They never firm up properly for me. I guess they don't find me attractive. :-(

We went to Rositas for lunch and later went to the gym to play some seriously awesome racquetball. The evil stepdaughter also said "Let's do pullups! Let's do abs!" and so we did.

At the drugstore later on, Nick worked up enough courage to try on one of the rubber Halloween masks (they scare the piss out of him) and decided he liked it. So instead of being a scuba diver he is now going as a werewolf. All I need are some furry clothes and a tail.

Anyway, dinner is almost ready so I will leave off here.
