Mike (thefeelofit), Bonkanana (biankaf92), Pimmy (suyenpham), Nolan (canesch), and I were going to go cycling today morning. Unfortunately, Bianca's front tire popped out when she got on her old one (the mental image of this still kills me 8'DDD lololol), and Mike's back tire popped when he was inflating it. And Pimmy's tires were totally deflated.

WE WEREN'T DISCOURAGED THOUGH. We still decided to go to the park even if I was the only one with a bike. Bonka, Mike, and Pimmy had scooters, and I lent Nolan my dad's roller blades, so it was all good.

EXCEPT IT WASN'T. Because Nolan didn't really know how to ride roller blades. We taught him a bit, and he learned pretty quickly-- LITTLE DID WE KNOW, that the guy would speed up a bit too fast on a downhill slope, trip, and srsly hurt himself.

Mike and I headed back for my house (EXTREME UPHILL RIDIN'. Except it wasn't too bad. Maybe adrenalin?) to get his car and my ice pack, and basically told the others to call 911 if they felt they needed it. The two of us saw a police car near though, and asked the policeman to go check on Nolan to make sure he was okay.

To summarize what happened shortly after: FIRETRUCK. AMUBLANCE. WHAT KIND OF APPEARED TO BE A SLIGHTLY DELIRIOUS NOLAN SMILING AND WAVING BACK AT US AS HE WAS BEING TAKEN INTO THE AMBULANCE.

The nice firemen gave us the address to the hospital, and we went after Nolan via Mike's car, which didn't want to start for a bit to make sure that we would have a day thoroughly drenched in bad luck (I fixed it though haha-- okay, I had no idea what I did exactly, BUT I GOT IT TO START).

Nolan has a broken wrist. fjalskdfj He sounded like he was okay, but that was his good arm, and I'm pretty sure broken wrist takes about 2-3 months to heal. It's like. Summer. SUMMER AS GRADUATED SENIORS, EVEN. orz. Damn it, Nolan. You better get well soon. I say this with as much concern as I can possibly have for another person.

Also, AX plans were temporarily cancelled as Nolan was giving me and Pimmy a ride. Plus, I didn't really want to go without him since he wanted to go and-- IT'S ALL FIXED NOW THOUGH? We're all taking the metro, and he's feeling well enough to tag along haha.

This is completely off-topic, but I am extremely happy with my SAT student 8DD. I brought his writing score up from 400s to 600s in just barely two sessions. IT'S LIKE WATERING A SPONGE. SUCH A GOOD STUDENT.

Oh, and my little sister is now quite competent at riding a bicycle o/! I've been helping her a bit with swimming, too. Speaking of which, I can no longer do the breaststroke like ever, because I feel like I look like this:
