I have a lovely young man in my house right now servicing my furnace and cleaning my ducts - THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID! Seriously - he is lovely although he disconnected the gas fireplace in the basement for our own safety because it's all illegal and fill the basement up with gas and could blow the house sky high if used a'la Tyler Durden. AWESOME.

Thursday afternoon I have a PANEL interview with the local Native Band !!!! I'm terrified.

I have also contacted a lawyer about the EI situation because THE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA MUST.NOT.WIN.!!! Especially if they're going to use my money to put those horrible Stephen Harper commercials on my telly. I have no idea WTF he's babbling about but the underlying message is: "Who else are you gonna vote for? The guy who can't speak English? The dude with the Moustache? or me? YOU'RE SCREWED, CANADA!!" Why are we having an election anyway?? It's just a big waste of money.

And now the fireplace dude is gone - bye guy - come again! I'm off to the store because I'm out of Coke Zero and that's tragical.
