Gah.  This... this place!

I am utterly frustrated by the lack of commitment and involvement at everyone at this school!  The new president of our film club has been working really hard to make sure we actually do things this year and we had a fairly successful recruitment at the student activities fair.

But today at our first official meeting?  Out of sixteen people?  Only six.  Only two were new.  And I have this horrible feeling in my gut that they won't be sticking around.  I know the club is a mess and that it needs a lot of work but would it kill people to not be such flaky jerks?

I am baffled, I am disgusted, I am aggravated.

By the way, our first assignment is to film the spelling bee.  At a college.  And I bet there will only be five people in it.
