After Miyuki got dried off and dressed, she headed out of her room. She saw Gackt still sitting on the couch and shook her head, deciding to quietly go down the steps. As she approached the last step her foot got caught behind her leg, and she tripped, smacking into the ground. That immediately woke Gackt up and he looked over, seeing the fallen vampire on the ground.

"Mi-chan?" he asked.

Miyuki glanced up at the soloist and replied with a simple "Itai..." Gackt tilted his head at her before speaking again. "Are you all right?"

Miyuki rose off the ground and dusted herself off, nodding. "Yeah. Sorry if I woke you up."

Gackt shook his head. "It's fine, I wasn't really sleeping anyways."

"I see," Miyuki smiled slightly before starting off towards the kitchen.

The soloist watched after her for a few seconds. "Wait. You want me to get you something Mi-chan?"

Miyuki glanced back at him and shook her head. "No, I can get it myself." After that she continued into the kitchen to get what she wanted.

Gackt kept staring at where she was before shaking his head, moving his look to the floor in front of him. "You're... becoming distant now it seems.." He bit his lip slightly. "It's so... you don't have to worry about anyone worrying about you, right?" He bit his lip more. "Mi-chan..."

Miyuki went over to the fridge and pulled out a Monster energy drink. Afterwards she headed back up to her room, passing by the living room again-glancing at Gackt. Gackt saw her and smiled at her slightly, but the vampire didn't smile or do anything in return. She simply passed him by with an unemotional look and went back upstairs.

"Mi-chan..." Gackt said, frowning as Miyuki didn't smile back at him.

Miyuki went up to her room and shut the door, returning to her laptop. First though, she opened her Monster and got a sip from it before continuing her search. "There has to be something on the V.H.S's main branch in Iichitsu... if I don't find anything, then my operation is a suicide mission." Miyuki got another drink of her Monster before finding a website on Iichitsu, and decided to check it out.

Gackt was staring at the floor before deciding to get up. "I need to talk with Mi-chan. Maybe there is something I can do." He walked off to Miyuki's room and knocked on her door. "Mi-chan?"

Miyuki quickly looked up at her door before sighing. "Yes Gackt?"

Gackt paused slightly after hearing her sigh before continuing. "Can I come in? I need to talk to you."

Miyuki closed her laptop and set it on the table next to her before speaking. "Sure, I guess."

The door to her room opened and the soloist walked in, closing the door behind him. Gackt walked over and sat next to the vampire. "Hi."

Miyuki messed with a bracelet around her wrist. "Hi."

After that a silence was brought about them. But soon afterwards, Miyuki broke that silence.

"You said that you needed to talk to me..." she said, not looking at the soloist.

Gackt nodded. "I did."

"What about?"

Gackt paused slightly before answering. "I want to help you in this Iichitsu Operation of yours."

Miyuki blinked, caught off guard that Gackt Camui, the famous Japanese artist, would want to help a measely pureblood vampire in her mission. She thought that crazy, and completely vain. As a result, she shook her head. "Absolutely out of the question."

Gackt looked at her. "Why? I want to help you Mi-chan."

"Because there is a good chance that I will die. What I don't need is the bearing truth that you died with me. The world doesn't need a person like you dead from helping a non-human." Miyuki looked at Gackt quite seriously as she told him that.

Gackt looked away from the vampire, speaking in a slightly upset tone. "So... no matter what I say, you're not going to let me help?"

Miyuki shook her head. "No way. It's best to just stay away from me from on."

Gackt glanced at the gothic girl, surprised that she said something like that. But he just stared at her after that. Miyuki blinked at the soloist, seeing him stare at her. She bit her lip and looked, not liking that staring at all. "Please stop staring Gackt."

Gackt blinked, not even realizing that he was staring at Miyuki. "Ah, sorry Mi-chan."

Miyuki shook her head slightly. "It's ok..." She stayed quiet for a long while. "If that's all you wanted to talk to me about, you better leave. I got work to finish."

Gackt shook his head. "No. I won't leave until you say I can help."

"Stubborn, aren't you? Doesn't matter to me whether you're here or not." Miyuki sighed, moving to get her laptop again.

"You said there's a chance of dying..." Gackt randomly said, making Miyuki pausing in getting her laptop.

"Yes, I did. Why?" asked the vampire.

"What if I don't want you to die?"

Miyuki blinked at the soloist. "Yours or anybody else's opinion doesn't matter to me up to this point. I've made up my mind."

"I-I see..." Gackt said, looking at Miyuki's bed cover.

Miyuki nodded slightly. "Yeah, sorry..."

Gackt blinked sadly at the vampire before moving closer to her. "I don't... I don't want you dead Mi-chan..." With one hand he lifted Miyuki's face up before pressing a light, but passionate kiss to her lips.

Miyuki's eyes widen at the soloist, completely thrown off guard by his actions. But as soon as the kiss started, it ended, and the soloist withdrew from his spot by a few feet. Miyuki just silently watched him before smirking slightly. "I knew it."

Gackt blinked at her. "Knew what?"

Miyuki kept her smirk. "I knew that you liked me. I was just waiting for something else to confirm it."

"Ah..." Gackt simply said. "...Then I guess when you were joking in saying the I liked you, you were right."

Miyuki nodded. "Yep."

"Still intend on doing--"

"Yes Gackt. But now since I know that you like me, I'll have to do a little reorganizing with my plan to make sure I stay alive for certain..." Miyuki said, scratching her head slightly.

"Wait..." Gackt began, blinking at Miyuki. "I take it you do like me."

Miyuki tilted her head at the soloist. "Heh, yeah, I do."

Gackt smiled at her before speaking.  "Need help with your plan reorganizing Mi-chan?"

Miyuki smiled at the soloist. "Knock yourself out."

Gackt nodded as Miyuki got her laptop from the table and opened it up, going back to her searching and planning with the soloist at her side, now helping.
