Goodness it's past midnight again and I'm still awake. My brain is shutting down and my eyes' reflex is slowing but I'm still trying to keep awake just because I want to read and read fanfictions/fictions and hide myself in limbo.

I'm confused as to what I want to buy myself for Christmas. It's not as if I have the budget to easily decide upon but it's consoling to know that I'm exerting effort to make a goal even if it may go down to ashes in few days. Depends on my mood. So... what to buy? An iPod or a new laptop? I have my old 30 GB iPod video which is slowly dying due to every day abuse. I love the purpose of the iPod and not entirely seeing it as a 'bling-bling'. I love music and I want to store as many music as I adore with a new 80 GB model. But getting a new laptop would be nice too. Mine is like 2 years old already and its specs from the start are not up to par since mom bought it upon my insistence due to our thesis back then. I'm a higly private person even in my family. I keep my things to myself and the idea that I can store my secrets in my own laptop is very much appealling. Of course obviously, an iPod is a lot cheaper than a laptop but a laptop has a lot more use to me. Buying either during the year end would mean a discount. So what shall be decided then?

Right at this moment, I'm voting for iPod. I need to consult Margz with this in case she slaps some flint of reality on me. One more Viewfinder mni-series and a check on another multi-chapter fic by xanthofile and I'm off.
