Create a new selective color layer. ~SELECTIVE COLOR~ Reds: 0, +2, 0, 0 Neutrals: -33, +7, -45, 0
Now take this texture by [Bad username: bea_lost> @ <lj user=]. Set to soft light and rotate to your liking. I flipped mine vertically.

Now take this texture by cielo_gris. Set to lighten. Flip vertically and move down so not so much covers up the picture. If when setting to lighten the texture appears more transparent than solid, draw a black rectangle behind it.

And you're finished! Be creative with the steps; don't copy exactly.
Tutorial #32 for Photoshop CS, translateable. Requested by daughterofeve47. Sorry if it's not quite like the original; I couldn't remember which texture I had used. But it's the same idea. :) from this: to this:
Duplicate your base and set to screen.
Create a new fill layer: 2f0000 set to exclusion.
Create a new fill layer: bf994f set to color burn.
Take this texture by threeeyespei @ irisvelia and set to hard light.

And you're done! Again, don't copy exactly. ;)
P.S. Sometime tomorrow I'm going on another short hiatus...just till Saturday or Sunday. See you all then! <3 |
