Um, I'm already crying? But I actually kind of totally love it?

I am such a whore for angst, man. SUCH A WHORE. And this shit is FANTASTIC.

She isn't cheating! He isn't being idiotically jealous again! This isn't even about his paranoia over her past crush on House! DUDE. This is a legitimately grown-up and mature reason to be angsting! And Chase is the one being rational, CAN YOU BELIEVE?

This is the canon relationship version of the "Act Your Age" conversation at the coffee machine. I'm not the only one who sees that, am I? He's calling her out on what he perceives to be true about her actions and feelings, and she's going on the defensive because she knows that he's at least partially right. But, like, he's not entirely right - because I think, knowing Cameron, it's more that she's terrified of what their relationship and the depth of her feelings actually means (having something to lose), thus she has been keeping him at a distance the whole time. OMFG I AM ALREADY IN LOVE WITH THIS.

AND. Um, clearly DS and KJ and JS and JM did not actually lie to us about C/C being the centric focus of this episode. I am honestly shocked. And that totally revives my faith in this episode's ability to win at life.
