Winter Break
Chapter 13
Daiki shifted his hands on the bed a little so that he could support his weight better and not burden Inoo’s back by leaning on him as he kissed him. “Nn, so you want me to give you a back massage?” Daiki asked with a cute smile when they broke the kiss.
"Mm... it'd really help..." Inoo mumbled in reply, feeling somewhat embarrassed at the thought of Daiki actually doing it. He really wanted Daiki to do it, of course, but he knew he wouldn't be able to stop blushing. He leaned in to press a quick kiss against Daiki's lips before leaning back and nodding a little hesitantly. "If it's okay with Dai-chan."
“I wouldn’t have suggested it in the first place if I didn’t think it was okay,” Daiki said with a little smile, leaning to press a small kiss on Inoo’s lips. Even though he had said that as a joke at first, it wasn’t like he’d mind actually doing it. “Jaa, lean on the bed on your stomach then. Hm, I guess you should take of your shirt so that--” Daiki suddenly blushed, realizing what he was saying, and turned a little away, evading Inoo’s eyes. Of course it’d be better not to have a shirt on when you’re getting a massage, but saying it like that really made Daiki feel embarrassed…
"The shirt?" Inoo asked, preoccupied with trying to shift to lay on his stomach without hurting his back too much, before realizing what Daiki had just said. He looked up at Daiki, his own face also turning red. Maybe if he acted like it wasn't a big deal, it'd be okay...? He took a deep breath and nodded as he took off his shirt and held it against his chest, shifting and slowly leaning down to lay on his stomach. "Jaa, I'll leave it in your hands. Don't break my back."
“I wouldn’t be that bad at massaging!” Daiki said a bit on defense, getting distracted from being embarrassed for a moment. Daiki pressed his lips together and moved to sit next to Inoo so that he could reach his hands to his neck and back. The boy hesitated a little before leaning down and reaching his hands on Inoo’s shoulders, carefully starting to massage the boy.
"You know I'm joking..." Inoo said very distractedly. He was glad Daiki couldn't really see his bright red face; Daiki's hands touching and massaging him like that felt so nice that he couldn't help but blush. Plus the massage was really helping his back too, so he was slowly drifting off into a world of bliss.
“Still…” Daiki mumbled, trying to sound as annoyed as possible. He moved his hands a little lower on Inoo’s back, moving his hands in a slightly circular motion on the older boy’s back. He didn’t put too much pressure on his massaging because he wasn’t sure how much Inoo’s back could handle when it was hurt, but kept adding more pressure bit by bit. “Inoo-chan, you’re not falling asleep, are you?” Daiki asked a bit teasingly when he felt Inoo’s breathing get steady in a similar way than when he was sleeping.
"Mmm, no," Inoo murmured in reply, opening his eyes for a little before they slowly slid shut again. With the perfect cool temperature in the room and the feeling of Daiki's hands against his back, how could he not want to fall asleep? It felt so relaxing that he couldn't help but slowly drift off into sleep...
“Inoo-chan, I said no sleeping!” Daiki reminded with a sharp tone and a pout. He moved one of his hands down to Inoo’s waist and pinched him from the side. Seeing Inoo flinch at that made him feel a bit bad though, so he leaned down and pressed a small kiss on the boy’s shoulder. “You said you wouldn’t sleep…” Daiki murmured in a soft voice, although still slightly annoyed.
"I-I'm sorry," Inoo said, biting his lip as he blinked a few times to wake up. Daiki's pinch and his kiss after it had managed to wake him up for the most part, but he had been in a state of half-sleep and being forced to be fully awake wasn't that easy. He shifted to look at Daiki over his shoulder with a small, sheepish smile, wincing slightly at how the turn made his back hurt a little, but he ignored it to nod at Daiki. "I promise I won't sleep again."
Daiki gave a suspicious look at Inoo. “You already said you wouldn’t…” he reminded with a little accusing tone. “Ne, what part of your pack is hurting the most? So I know where to massage.” Daiki was touching his hands along Inoo’s back as if to test if he could feel where it was hurt, but he couldn’t really tell like that. When someone had their muscles tense from training or something it could of course be felt easily, but it wasn’t the same when the back had gotten hurt.
"Sort of ... in the middle... a little lower," Inoo instructed as Daiki moved his hands to the position Inoo was telling him, letting out a small content sigh when Daiki started massaging where it hurt the most. Daiki was really good at massaging... "Yeah, right there..."
Daiki smiled a little at Inoo’s voice, although it actually made him blush a bit too. Daiki tried to shake the feeling of slight embarrassment off his mind, and moved a little so that he could reach Inoo’s back from where he was hurt better. He wondered for a second if he should move to sit over Inoo’s legs to be in a better position to massage the older boy, but decided not to. He’d feel too self-conscious about that…
"It feels good~" Inoo murmured under his breath, humming slightly when Daiki applied just the right amount of pressure to his back. Falling and hurting his back really didn't seem that bad anymore if it meant Daiki would end up massaging him. Inoo shifted and pressed his cheek against his forearm, trying to get a look at Daiki, but if he shifted to get a proper look at Daiki, it'd mean he'd have to move away from Daiki's hands and he didn't want that.
“Don’t move too much,” Daiki instructed, glancing a little towards Inoo before concentrating to massaging Inoo’s lower back again. “Is it feeling any better?” he asked, leaning slightly closer.
"A lot better thanks to you," Inoo mumbled gratefully, obeying Daiki's order and going back to leaning his cheek against his forearm. It had been Daiki ordering him to stay still and he had to listen to him after all, didn't he? He smiled despite himself as he felt Daiki continuing to massage him.
“Good…” Daiki said with a little smile, adding just a tiny bit more pressure on Inoo’s back. Daiki was feeling guilty for Inoo hurting his back after all, because if Daiki hadn’t sat on Inoo’s lap when they were kissing, the chair wouldn’t have fallen back and Inoo wouldn’t have hurt himself in the first place. Daiki leaned down to press another small kiss on Inoo’s shoulder before continuing the massaging again.
"Mmm, thank you," Inoo said very quietly, a hint of shyness in his voice, after a long moment of silence. He meant the thanks for both Daiki's massage and the small kiss, but he wasn't quite confident enough to say that out right. Daiki would be able to pick it up anyway, so Inoo decided to not worry about it too much.
Daiki felt himself blush a little bit at Inoo’s quiet thank you, but he didn’t say anything to that himself, instead continued massaging Inoo’s back carefully. The part of his back where Inoo had instructed him to massage had really been incredibly tense, but it was already feeling completely different so it was probably getting better.
“Wah, my hands are tired!” Daiki exclaimed, letting himself fall on the bed next to Inoo on his side. “Is it feeling okay now, or should I massage some more still?” Daiki asked, meeting Inoo’s eyes when the older boy turned his face towards him.
"No, it's feeling a lot better. Thank you," Inoo said quietly, smiling brightly at Daiki beside him. He didn't move from his position that he had shifted to when he had turned to face Daiki, instead just meeting Daiki's eyes in the silence.
Daiki smiled a bit shyly when Inoo was just looking at him, and he leaned forward so that he could reach to press a small kiss on Inoo’s lips. He then pulled back, blushing a little bit, and leaned his head down, partially hiding his blushing face behind his arms.
"Cu~te," Inoo murmured softly when he noticed Daiki's blush and how he was hiding his face behind his arms. He reached out his arm to ruffle Daiki's hair a little, trying to distract himself from his own blush at Daiki's small but sweet kiss from just a moment ago.
Daiki pretended to be pouting at Inoo saying he was cute and from ruffling his hair, and tried hiding his face more behind his arm. Why couldn’t Inoo just kiss him instead of saying or doing something like that… Daiki felt himself blush even more when he himself realized what he was thinking, and turned his face to the other side so that he wasn’t looking at Inoo anymore. Maybe he was being weird, and he was acting childish, but Daiki couldn’t help feeling like that right then!
“Eh? Are you mad at me? Ne, Dai-chan,” Inoo said, feeling a little confused at Daiki pouting and turning away like that. What had he done wrong? He shifted to move closer to Daiki, letting out a small sigh as he felt the effects of Daiki's massage on his back; it wasn't hurting as much to move like it had before, so that was good. “Ne, Dai-chan, turn around...”
Daiki felt like kicking himself - why was he acting all stupid like that!? Daiki pressed his lips tightly together, feeling very annoyed with himself. Of course Inoo would wonder why he was acting like this… “I’m not mad, why would I be? I just…” Daiki turned around, feeling embarrassed about his pouting. He didn’t want Inoo to see his blush though, so he moved against Inoo, pressing his face so close to the boy’s chest Inoo couldn’t see his face. He hadn’t really thought it through though, because he forgot Inoo wasn’t wearing a shirt, and leaning against Inoo’s bare chest was only making him blush more - but he couldn’t turn away again either!
"Neee, maybe you are mad after all..." Inoo said, half-whining. If he hadn't been getting more confused by Daiki trying to avoid looking at him, he would've gotten embarrassed at the smaller boy pressing himself against his chest like that. He raised his arm to wrap it around Daiki's frame lightly before pulling the younger boy back and leaning down close to him, as if examining his face. When he noticed the blush, he realized Daiki was just embarrassed. Maa, he could fix that by distracting the younger boy... he leaned in to make their lips meet in a soft kiss.
When Inoo pulled his face closer so that he could see his face, Daiki wanted to turn away again so that Inoo couldn’t see, but Inoo thought he was being mad at him so he couldn’t do it… And when Inoo then after a moment kissed him again, Daiki discarded that whole idea. It was what he had wanted in the first place, Inoo kissing him… Daiki closed his eyes, moving his hand to the side of Inoo’s waist and tilted his face more towards the kiss.
So it was just all Daiki being too embarrassed to face him rather than him being mad. Inoo felt himself smile before he could stop himself, but he quickly pressed his lips a tiny bit more against Daiki's before the younger boy could question or wonder what had made him smile.
Daiki moved himself a little closer to Inoo, so that their bodies were touching - he had already forgotten about worrying over Inoo not wearing a shirt. But before he could completely forget himself in the kiss, he suddenly broke it, giving a little worrying glance at Inoo. “Ano, your back… Is it okay, with you being on your side like that..?” He hadn’t really thought about it, but Inoo laying on his side was probably the worst position Inoo could be in when his back was hurting.
"It's a lot better thanks to your massage," Inoo replied after looking a little confused at why Daiki had suddenly broke the kiss. A sudden idea dawned on him and he could feel his face turning slowly red, but the image of the idea in his head was too good to forget about it. Inoo shifted and turned onto his back, faking a pained expression. "On second thought, it still kinda hurts... looks like there's only one way for us to be able to kiss..."
“Eh..?” Daiki blinked a few times, not really catching what Inoo meant right away, because he had instantly just gotten worried when Inoo said his back was still hurting. When he did understand what Inoo meant though, Daiki blinked a few more times before his face started to gradually growing redder. Of course, he could simply stay next to Inoo and just lean to kiss him, but…
Daiki pushed himself more up on the bed, looking at Inoo a bit hesitantly before moving on the bed so that he was now over Inoo, and he sat down, straddling the boy, but made sure there was no way he’d put any pressure on Inoo’s back. Daiki was still looking quite hesitant, not really knowing if he should lean down to kiss Inoo or what, because he was being really self-conscious about sitting over the shirtless Inoo like this.
"Don't just look at me like that..." Inoo said softly, reaching out his hands and pulling Daiki down a little closer. When he had gotten Daiki to lean down enough, he slid his arms around Daiki's neck and pulled him down softly to make their lips meet.
Daiki made a small sound in the kiss, and pressed his palms against the bed to support his own weight not to press against Inoo’s chest and risk hurting the boy’s back. He tilted his head in the kiss, feeling Inoo slide his hands from behind his neck to his shoulders and from there to the side of his waist. Daiki remained where he was, deepening the kiss, getting only slightly distracted when he felt Inoo fingering the edge of his shirt, softly touching his fingertips against Daiki’s waist beneath the shirt.
Inoo didn't want to go too far, but his hands were moving without his permission! He couldn't help it when he had Daiki over him like that and they were kissing like this... somewhere in the back of his mind, he thought of the others who might be waiting for them, but he brushed it aside as he pressed the tip of his tongue against Daiki's lips. Making out with Daiki definitely beat any other option.
Daiki made a little moaning sound in the kiss when Inoo’s tongue met his own inside his mouth. He moved his arms so that he was now resting his elbows against the bed, that way it was easier to keep himself up, and also, he was closer to Inoo…Daiki let out another small sound when he felt one of Inoo’s hands moving from his waist to his hip, lightly touching against his butt.
Inoo really tried to keep himself from going any further, but his hands were refusing to listen at all! He did want to feel all of Daiki's body, especially if it made Daiki let out those kind of delicious sounds. He slid his hand which was on Daiki's waist a little more under the shirt, a little hesitantly, but when he felt Daiki let out another small moan, he couldn't help but slowly inch his hand even more upward as he deepened the kiss.
Daiki felt his own breathing starting to get faster, along with his heartbeat. It wasn’t a bad feeling at all, but it was not familiar, and it was making Daiki feel very nervous about it. But even if he was feeling like that, he didn’t move away from the kiss one bit, instead deepened the kiss just slightly. There was a soft, almost purring kind of sound rising from Daiki’s throat after a few moments when Inoo still kept sliding his hand higher under the shirt, and it made Daiki blush more again. He paused from answering to the kiss for a few seconds, but prompted by Inoo’s demanding lips he soon continued, deciding not to try feeling so embarrassed about the sounds Inoo somehow managed to get out of him.
"Are you okay?" Inoo asked in between kisses, trying to catch his breath. Even though he was the one slowly taking it further, he couldn't help but feel slightly hesitant. He definitely liked it - there was no way he couldn't - but somehow Inoo could feel both his and Daiki's nervousness as he slid his other hand from Daiki's hip to the edge of Daiki's shirt, pushing it up, as if hinting to take it off. He really didn't know what to do with his hands! They weren't listening at all, even if he somehow felt like he agreed with what they were doing on their own...
Daiki swallowed slightly, not able to stop himself. He still nodded, although it was a little shaky nod. Daiki was okay of course, but he did feel nervous, and also confused. It was as if those two feelings were feeding of each other. He liked Inoo’s touch, and his kisses, but he didn’t like the nervous confusion - he wanted to be able to enjoy this closeness without having to have his head all confused! Or Daiki wasn’t really sure which it was that was confused, his head or his body…
"I know it's ... it's confusing, but it's okay," Inoo said coaxingly, even though he didn't really feel that relaxed himself. It was nerve-wracking and confusing and even though he had a general idea what to do, or at least his body did, if his hands moving by themselves were any indication, he couldn't help but be incredibly nervous. He slowly pushed up Daiki's shirt even more, until it reached where he had slid his other hand under the shirt, and took hold of it with both hands as he continued tugging it up. As he continued tugging up the shirt, he slowly slid himself up into a sitting up position, forcing Daiki to do the same and make it easier for Inoo to take the shirt off. "You can tell me to stop at any time..."
It took a few moments for Daiki to realize he should somehow signal to Inoo that he had understood what the boy had said, instead just stare at him all blushy and stupid - Daiki had only blushed more after Inoo had removed his shirt. Daiki gave a very slow nod, his eyes still locked with Inoo’s as he just sat there, his lips slightly parted and looking quite confused. He had nodded, but Inoo saying he could tell him to stop at any time, Daiki wasn’t really completely sure what Inoo meant… and it was making Daiki feel a little stupid. Maybe it was simply the confusion and nervousness he was already feeling that was making him from understanding something simple Inoo was saying, but Daiki couldn’t really help it right then.
Inoo let out a slow breath before biting his lip. Daiki was looking at him with a mix of confusion and blankness that made it obvious to him that maybe they were moving too fast for Daiki to figure out what was happening and what Inoo meant. But as his eyes trailed down to Daiki's slightly parted lips, he forgot about it. He could lead Daiki along, and he had told Daiki they could stop at any time, so it'd be alright. Inoo let go of the shirt he was holding and raised his now free hand to the back of Daiki's neck, tangling his fingers in Daiki's hair as he leaned in and kissed the younger boy.
Daiki closed his eyes when Inoo kissed him, and he answered to the kiss shyly, softly touching his lips against Inoo’s. They were both shirtless now, and even though the kiss was very gentle, almost careful, Daiki’s heart was soon beating again a lot faster than with the previous kisses. Both of his hands were hanging on his sides, his palms uselessly against the bed, as he didn’t know what to do with them. He slowly lifted his hands up, but when he touched his fingers against Inoo’s bare chest he immediately pulled his hands away. Inoo continued the kiss though, not changing it one bit, so it calmed Daiki down. He gathered his courage and moved the hands against Inoo’s chest again, slowly sliding them behind Inoo’s neck from there.
Inoo wanted to make sure Daiki was okay with it, and it seemed he was slowly getting less and less nervous, if the way he was comfortable with touching Inoo was any indication. Inoo leaned into the kiss even more, running his tongue slowly over Daiki's lips.
A small sound that was almost like a purr rose from Daiki’s throat in the kiss. He pushed his own tongue out of his mouth, touching it against Inoo’s tongue against his own lips. Even though Inoo had taken off his shirt, Daiki could feel his body growing hotter and hotter, and as it was getting hotter his body was starting to take over his actions rather than his nervous and confused mind. Daiki tightened his arms aroud Inoo’s neck, deepening the kiss and moving closer to Inoo so that their chests were touching.
Inoo felt like everything was somehow moving on its own, both his own body and Daiki's, his hands running all over Daiki's bare back before sliding down to Daiki's lower back, his hands on the waistband of Daiki's pants as he pulled the younger boy even closer.
Even though Daiki’s body was telling him to continue, wanting to feel more touches and kisses like this, and wanting to know what would come next, after all it was happening too fast, and nervous and confused Daiki wasn’t able to handle it. They had only kissed for the first time less than 12 hours before, and even though they had been friends for so long - or maybe that was even more reason for it - it was too much too soon. So Daiki had to break the kiss.
“It’s not… it’s not that I don’t want to…” Daiki mumbled, his face all red, even though he wasn’t completely sure what he meant by saying that, because he didn’t even know where Inoo was heading, but it was more than just the kissing at least. He still had his arms around Inoo, and their faces were close, although Daiki was evading Inoo’s eyes.
"I already told you it was okay to tell me to stop," Inoo said soothingly. He had been a little surprised and maybe somewhat disappointed when Daiki suddenly broke the kiss like that, but he could definitely understand how Daiki felt. Even if their bodies wanted it, it was just natural, wasn't it? He had been mistaken to let it go so far in such a short time, especially when they had barely just learned of each other's feelings. He reached up his hand to Daiki's face, touching the tips of his fingers against Daiki's cheek to turn the younger boy's eyes to face his. "It's alright. Ne?"
Daiki gave a small nod, but he was looking quite miserable, almost expecting Inoo to be angry with him. The boy wasn’t even sure why he had stopped them, because it wasn’t like it didn’t feel right in a way… but maybe it was just too fast all at once. Daiki bit his lower him, shifting his eyes down so that he wasn’t looking at Inoo. He was feeling so stupid…
"Eh, you look like you're waiting for me to yell at you," Inoo said softly as Daiki turned his eyes down, looking like he had just kicked a puppy, rather than looking like a kicked puppy. Inoo smiled gently and raised his hand to flick Daiki's forehead, making the younger boy look at him again. "What's wrong? Didn't I just say it's okay?"
“Yeah, but still…” Daiki started saying, but wasn’t really sure what his argument was supposed to be. He pouted his lips slightly before leaning forward and resting his head against Inoo’s chest. “I just feel weird… I… I don’t really get it, but…”
"It's alright," Inoo replied as he raised his hand to slowly run through Daiki's hair. He knew Daiki's confusion was clouding any way he could explain what he felt, but he didn't need to get an explanation out of Daiki. They'd have a lot more time to slowly get used to each other, so he didn't mind.
Daiki lifted his head from Inoo’s chest and lifted his face up, pressing his lips against Inoo’s in a soft kiss. Being like this… it really made Daiki feel so incredibly happy. He knew he didn’t have any qualms about being like this with Inoo, but at the same time he figured if there was something stopping him, maybe he shouldn’t do it… or at least not hurry too much.
"Mmm," Inoo hummed lightly in the kiss, sliding his hand down to the back of Daiki's neck and keeping it there as they kissed. When he broke the kiss, he smiled reassuringly at Daiki. "Ne, maybe we should go out soon. The others will have gone by now, so we can take our time doing whatever we want."
Daiki leaned to press one more small kiss on Inoo’s lips before straightening himself so sit better, giving an inspecting glance at the older boy. “Is your back feeling well enough?” Daiki asked, a hint of concern in his voice. “We shouldn’t at least go skiing yet for sure.”
"Mmm, don't worry. Like I said, thanks to your massage, it's a lot better," Inoo replied with a laugh. He pulled himself to sit up straight, pressing his hands against the bed to support himself and test how his back felt. Inoo smiled when he noticed Daiki watching him closely and stuck out his tongue. "It's not like I broke my back, I just fell, ne? Anyway, we can go walking around the resort village for a little before we go skiing. That sounds good, doesn't it?"
Daiki gave a little nod, smiling at Inoo. “Jaa, should we call to the others and ask what they were planning, or…” Daiki noticed Inoo frowning slightly at a suggestion like that so he couldn’t help but giggle at the older boy’s reaction. “Or maybe we just go by ourselves?” Daiki asked with a cute smile.
"I like the second suggestion better," Inoo said, smiling in return to Daiki's smile. He hadn't expected Daiki to pick up on his slight reluctance at joining the others. It wasn't that he minded, but he would rather spend time with Daiki alone if he could, since they'd be spending time together with the others later too. "What about Dai-chan? If you want to ask the others first..."
Daiki shook his head slightly, the smile still on his lips. “Nn, I rather be with just Inoo-chan.” They had all come there together, so they probably should be taking the chance of being together as a whole group, but even so, Daiki really felt like being alone with Inoo right then… The younger boy stretched slightly, laying down on the bed on his back, lazily closing his eyes. If they were planning on going on their own, they didn’t have to hurry anywhere either.
"I almost want to go back to sleep..." Inoo mumbled absentmindedly as he stretched his arms, watching Daiki lay down. He smiled and poked Daiki in the stomach, tilting his head when Daiki opened one eye to look at him. "You'll get sick like that. At least get under the blanket."
“It’s not that cold…” Daiki said in a cute voice, stretching a bit more on the bed. “Hn, Inoo-chan can lay down next to me to keep me warm?” Daiki suggested with a bit flirty voice.
"I can do that," Inoo managed to say evenly, even though his mind was working with an overheated state thanks to Daiki looking and acting that cute. He shifted and laid down beside Daiki, but before he laid down, he took hold of Daiki's hand which was further away from him and tugged Daiki so the younger boy was leaning against him.
Daiki gave a little shy smile at Inoo before snuggling against Inoo’s chest. They still weren’t wearing their shirts, so maybe it was a little chilly in the room after all, but Inoo being so close and holding his arms around him felt a lot nicer than simply having the blanket on.
"We should get under the blanket, it might be warmer," Inoo suggested, but it was obvious he was just saying it for the sake of saying it, rather than actually wanting to do it. He was more than comfortable with just having Daiki in his arms like this, so the blanket didn't matter that much to him.
“Mmm,” Daiki hummed, although it wasn’t really an answer as Inoo could interpret that either way. Daiki didn’t care to give a more elaborate answer though, instead he closed his eyes and rested his head against Inoo’s chest while staying as close to the older boy as possible.
"Lazy," Inoo murmured, smiling as he tightened his arms around Daiki. The younger boy was being so cute that Inoo didn't mind, even if he was being lazy. Just enjoying the warmth of Daiki so close and not having to go out any time soon was more than enough.
Daiki was contemplating whether or not to answer something to Inoo calling him lazy, but decided not to bother. He didn’t want to do any pointless bickering when he was feeling so comfortable, so maybe he could take being called lazy, he thought with a little smile. Daiki pushed himself a little higher on the bed, so that his head was almost at the same height as Inoo’s, and reached to place a soft kiss on the boy’s lips.
Inoo hummed happily as Daiki kissed him, loosening his arms enough to let Daiki move. He didn't want Daiki to move away, though, especially not after that kind of sweet kiss, so he quickly leaned in to press a kiss on Daiki's lips to keep him close.
Daiki made a small giggling sound in the kiss before pressing his lips more against Inoo’s. After they broke the kiss after a while, Daiki reached his hand up to the side of Inoo’s face, brushing the boy’s hair from his face and tucking in behind his ear. Daiki didn’t move the hand away, but directed his gaze from Inoo’s hair back to the boy’s eyes, a little smile coming to his lips as his eyes met with the older boy’s.
"Hmm? What's wrong?" Inoo asked softly, returning Daiki's smile with a gentle one of his own, but still looking a little confused at Daiki not even saying anything. He reached up his hand to touch Daiki's hand on his hair with his fingertips, his eyes still locked with Daiki's.
“Nothing…” Daiki said, suddenly feeling shy for no reason. He shifted his eyes down slightly as he felt the redness rising to his cheeks as he blushed. There wasn’t anything wrong, so Daiki didn’t know what to say when Inoo asked something like that. Daiki was just… happy to be with Inoo like this.
Inoo watched Daiki with a small smile, the younger boy's cheeks slowly turning red. Daiki was so cute that Inoo couldn't help but want to watch him as closely as he could... he leaned in closer and raised his eyebrows. "You sure?"
“I already said so, right..?” Daiki said in quite a small voice, pouting his lips cutely has he tried to turn his face down so that Inoo couldn’t see him blushing. Although even if he tried hiding it, he was pretty sure Inoo could see anyway, because the older boy was so close.
"There's no place you can hide," Inoo said, laughing lightly as he raised his hand and slid it under Daiki's bangs on his forehead, pushing the younger boy's face up so he could meet his eyes. Daiki's blushing face and cute pout were so adorable that Inoo couldn't help but laugh a little more. "What are you being so embarrassed for?"
“I’m not being embarrassed…” Daiki mumbled, his lips still in the small pout. He was, actually, even though there was no reason to, and it annoyed Daiki a little bit. It was so silly… Daiki pushed his face more up, meeting his lips with Inoo’s in a soft kiss. Why should he be feeling embarrassed like that when there was no reason in the first place…
Inoo wanted to continue teasing Daiki for being embarrassed for no reason, but once he felt Daiki's lips on his, he forgot about it completely as he shifted and pulled Daiki closer. Even if Daiki was embarrassed, it didn't really matter, he could just ask him later.
Daiki made a small sound against Inoo’s lips, forgetting himself in the kiss. Even though he had only wanted Inoo to stop teasing him, he couldn’t even remember any of the embarrassment now. Daiki moved his hand to Inoo’s side, shifting his own position slightly and hinting Inoo to follow with that.
Inoo unconsciously went along with Daiki's hinting, following the younger boy's shift of position to continue kissing him. He paused slightly in the kiss when he realized he had pretty much climbed over Daiki without realizing it, his hands on either side of Daiki as he was leaning down over the boy. But after a brief moment of hesitation, he continued kissing Daiki just like before, not minding the change of position.
Somehow Daiki felt a lot more comfortable about the kiss this way, having Inoo over him rather than Daiki being over Inoo like he had been a little earlier. Even though Daiki appeared to be more forward than shy Inoo, when it was about kissing… Daiki really wanted Inoo to take the lead. The younger boy moved his hands to Inoo’s shoulders, and from there behind the boy’s neck, feeling like melting into the kiss.
Inoo ignored the slight pain in his back to lean down closer to Daiki, deepening the kiss as much as he could. He liked being over Daiki like this, kissing him, feeling Daiki's arms around his neck as he kissed him. After a short moment of hesitation, he broke the kiss to take a breath. It was obvious he wanted to continue kissing, but they wouldn't be able to if they were out of breath.
Daiki immediately wanted to ask if Inoo’s back was okay, but he kind of felt if he continued asking that all the time he’d sound like a nag. Inoo had already said he was okay after all… so Daiki decided to just shut up about it. He moved one of his hands on Inoo’s cheek, softly caressing the boy’s cheek with his fingertips as both of them were letting their breathing calm down.
Inoo almost leaned into Daiki's touch automatically, feeling the younger boy's fingertips against his cheek. He was still close enough to keep his eyes locked with Daiki's in the quiet room, the only sound being the sound of their breaths as they calmed to a steady rhythm.
Feeling both of their breathing had come back to normal by now, Daiki pushed his head slightly up from the bed and pressed his lips against Inoo’s. It felt weird somehow… that Daiki had made them stop the kissing before but still wanted to keep kissing with him now… But it had felt so different, even though Daiki couldn’t really himself explain why exactly. This kind of kissing, even though it took his breath away too felt so incredibly safe, while moment before, he really didn’t know what he was feeling…
Inoo sighed in the kiss contently, shifting to lean down further and keep Daiki from raising himself. He couldn't tell why it felt different now, just sweet, rather than the exciting, slightly fast-paced hotter kissing that had almost led to them going too far too soon. He didn't care, though, he liked how both the kissing felt, so he was happy with either.
Daiki moved the hand on the side of Inoo’s face back behind the boy’s neck, wrapping his arms tightly around Inoo’s neck and pulling him a little bit closer to himself in the kiss. Neither of them were still wearing their shirts - Daiki actually wasn’t even exactly sure where his own shirt was right then - so when Daiki pulled Inoo lower on him, their bare chest touched slightly making a small jolt go through Daiki’s body. Even though he liked it, Daiki loosened his arms around Inoo’s neck a little bit. He didn’t want to have the kiss become like before when he had made them stop, he wanted to continue the kissing.
Inoo could feel the small jolt go through Daiki's body, right after their chests touched. He knew Daiki was still a little wary of their kissing going in that direction again; but he could still clearly remember the feeling of his body growing hotter and hotter, his hands moving on their own, which made the blood rush to his face while he was kissing Daiki. He broke the kiss, turning his face down to try and keep Daiki from noticing the blush. If he drew Daiki's attention to something else, maybe he wouldn't notice it. "It's kinda cold without a shirt on..."
“Ah..? Nn, I guess…” Daiki said, a bit surprised by Inoo breaking the kiss. Daiki wasn’t really feeling cold actually, but he had the bed against his back and Inoo so close over him, that might have to do with it… And Inoo felt cold easier than him anyway. Daiki glanced at his sides a bit curiously, trying to see if he could spot his shirt, but it was probably somewhere on the floor with Inoo’s shirt. “Hn, the blanket?” Daiki then asked, tugging onto the edge of the blanket next to them before shifting his eyes back up to Inoo. Daiki really wasn’t too keen of the idea of moving away from the position they were in right then, and going to fetch their shirts would force them to do that.
"Ah... yeah," Inoo murmured in reply, shifting to sit up. He didn't notice the position he had sat up in, though, as he leaned over to grab the blanket and pull it closer over them. But when he had pulled the blanket over them and had turned back to look at Daiki, he realized how he was straddling Daiki and felt his face turning hot. Inoo quickly shifted to keep the blanket over them, but returned to how they had been kissing just before, with Inoo leaning over Daiki, keeping himself up with his hands on either side of Daiki.
Daiki immediately moved his arms back around Inoo’s neck, meeting the boy’s lips in a kiss again. Even though Daiki hadn’t exactly been feeling cold earlier either, now, with the blanket on, it felt so nice and warm… Daiki found himself smiling a little at the feeling, and tugged Inoo lower just enough to kiss him deeper.
Inoo complied to Daiki tugging him lower and pressed his lips harder against Daiki's, his own lips curving into a smile to match Daiki's. He didn't even know why Daiki was smiling, but he couldn't help but smile with him anyway.
After a little while of more kissing Daiki suddenly giggled in the kiss and Inoo pulled away, looking a little puzzled. “Nn, I was just thinking… If we continue like this, we probably never leave the room today…” Without giving Inoo the chance to answer something to that, Daiki tugged onto Inoo’s neck, pressing their lips together again.
Inoo remained surprised for a moment before relaxing into the kiss again. Daiki was right, if they did continue like this, they'd get the others really annoyed with them. But if they knew what was going on, they'd know they couldn't blame him! It had taken a lot of courage to tell Daiki about his feelings! The least they could do for him if they knew about the situation was to let him make out as much as he wanted to with Daiki, couldn't they? Inoo smiled a little sheepishly to himself as he realized that they didn't know, so that meant they couldn't really do that for him... he didn't care that much, though, he thought to himself as he kissed Daiki harder.
Daiki made a little sound in the kiss as he felt Inoo kissing him harder, and wrapped his arms more around Inoo’s neck. Inoo had moved so much lower on him that their chests were touching and it was starting to feel hotter again, but Daiki didn’t mind that. He couldn’t really pay attention to much anything else but Inoo kissing him like that.
Inoo knew they definitely weren't going to go anywhere for at least the next little while. Whenever the slightly reasonable part of his mind brought up the others probably waiting for them, the part of his mind occupied with kissing Daiki would stop him from thinking about it even more, and the closeness of their bodies wasn't helping at all. He pushed aside all reasonable thoughts and touched the tip of his tongue against Daiki's lips.
Daiki made a small purring sound against Inoo’s tongue before parting his lips in the kiss. The younger boy let his hands go from around Inoo’s neck, and instead slowly moved his hands to Inoo’s sides, wrapping them around his waist and chest, and Daiki touched his fingertips faintly against Inoo’s bare back.
Inoo's body reacted almost immediately to Daiki's fingertips on his bare skin, a small shiver running through his body that made some of his attention shatter from the kiss. But when Daiki let out another purr as their tongues touched, all of his attention was back in the kiss - he moved his tongue away just long enough to run it over Daiki's lips once, then back inside the younger boy's mouth to make their tongues touch again.
Even without him noticing at first, Daiki’s hands had stopped moving on Inoo’s back and he was holding onto the boy tightly, his fingernails almost burying into the skin of Inoo’s back as Daiki wanted to keep Inoo as close to himself as possible in the kiss. Daiki couldn’t even remember why he had stopped the kissing earlier, his mind right now didn’t have room for any other thoughts but the kiss, and the warm feeling whirling inside him that rose from the kiss and Inoo being so close. He couldn’t remember anything about the others either, but not like it mattered, they knew Inoo had hurt his back and Daiki had said they might take a while to make sure Inoo was okay, so it wasn’t like they were waiting for them. From that point of view it was actually almost a good accident, even though Daiki wasn’t really thinking it like that. It was just… convenient for now, in a way.
Inoo broke the kiss, but still hovered over Daiki as close as he could as he sucked in a breath. Daiki's arms around him and Daiki's fingers pressed against his back made his body heat up so much more than it had before when he finally got a chance to realize how close they really were; but still, it didn't matter. He met Daiki's eyes for a long moment before kissing him again.
Daiki let out a little meek sound when Inoo’s lips pressed hungrily over his again, and Daiki’s fingernails pressed a little more against Inoo’s back again. Something flashed in Daiki’s mind, about when he broke the previous kiss… because this kiss was definitely heading to the same direction, or more like it was already there. Daiki really didn’t want to break the kiss this time though, he didn’t want to stop. Daiki almost shook his head to convince himself, but realized how stupid that would be and that he would only end up breaking the kiss if he did that so he didn’t.
Inoo could feel the kiss changing to an entirely different way; there was barely any of the sweetness of the kiss before it. Would it be too much for Daiki if they kept on going in this direction? Inoo didn't want to stop if they were going this way, and from what he could tell, Daiki didn't seem to want to either, so Inoo continued on kissing Daiki hungrily instead of worrying.
A soft, almost shivery moan escaped from Daiki’s mouth against Inoo’s lips. Both of them needed to catch their breaths, but even though Daiki’s breath was actually shaking in the kiss, he was doing his best to just ignore it and concentrate in the kiss instead.
Inoo wanted to go on kissing Daiki just as much as he could feel Daiki wanted to. But if they went on like this, he didn't know where it would lead, and he didn't want it to end up being stopped halfway. He broke the kiss, his breath quick, and met Daiki's eyes. Even though the younger boy's eyes made it clear to Inoo he wanted the same thing, Inoo could see the fear and apprehension of not even knowing what it was he wanted. He shook his head slightly and moved one of his hands to brush a stray hair away from Daiki's face.
"You know I want to keep kissing you all day, but it'd be ... we should ..." He began, but he couldn't even decide on what to say. Daiki's eyes were pleading him to just shut up and kiss him again, but Inoo didn't want to go that way. It was too early for Daiki, too early for both of them, and if they forced it, it wouldn't be any good for either of them. He broke their eye contact and sat up, avoiding looking back down at Daiki or else he'd forget why he moved away in the first place. "We should get some fresh air. The others will get suspicious if they find out how long we spent in the room."
“Yada, I don’t want to!” Daiki said, jumping up to sit on the knees on the bed himself. His voice sounded so completely childish and spoiled it probably surprised even Inoo, as the boy immediately turned to look at him. Daiki didn’t notice anything unusual about his voice though, but then again he wasn’t thinking about something like that. His voice was only showing exactly how he was feeling after all. Daiki shook his head vigorously and pouted his lips. “The others won’t think anything, because I said Inoo-chan hurt his back and that we didn’t know how long it’d take to feel better so they’re all out and busy. I don’t want to!” Daiki shook his head again to emphasize what he was saying.
Actually, inside his head Daiki was more than a little confused. And not just his head, but his whole body. But since it was something too confusing Daiki couldn’t figure out, at least not right then, he simply concentrated on the one thing he knew he was sure of; wanting to continue kissing with Inoo. And when Inoo wasn’t doing that it made Daiki act very childish.
Inoo tried to fight the laughter from coming out as he stared at Daiki, who was pouting and looking very cute. This wasn't the way to make someone end up kissing you again! Inoo just wanted to pinch Daiki's cheeks and cuddle with him when he was acting like this.
When Daiki's pout turned into a very cute disgruntled frown after not getting Inoo kissing him again, Inoo couldn't help himself - the laughter escaped his lips, looking down to avoid Daiki's eyes and not having the boy look at him in annoyance. "I'm sorry, Dai-chan, you just look so cute like that!"
Daiki’s frown only got worse when Inoo was laughing. He was about to start complaining how mean Inoo was being, laughing at him when Daiki wanted to kiss him, but when Daiki was actually thinking how he was acting right now… he actually ended up laughing a little himself, and the frown melt away from his face.
“Hn, I guess I was being a little childish…” Daiki mumbled a little embarrassed. Or more like a lot… Daiki pressed his palms against the bed and moved himself closer to Inoo, close enough so that he could lean in to place a soft kiss on the older boy’s lips. “I just really wanted Inoo-chan to continue the kissing…” Daiki said quietly, looking up at Inoo through his eyelashes.
"But it was very cute, so I don't mind it if you're childish," Inoo replied softly, his laughter fading into a slightly more serious air. Daiki's sweet little kiss and the way he was looking up at Inoo right now weren't really helping in keeping him wanting to laugh. They were suggesting something that definitely wasn't something to laugh at. Inoo moved even closer to Daiki and placed his hands on Daiki's thighs, then slid them up to Daiki's waist, keeping his eyes on Daiki looking up at him, then leaned down and pressed his lips against Daiki's hotly. Even though he had stopped the kissing earlier in fear of scaring Daiki, Daiki didn't seem to have any objections, and that only made it easier for Inoo to pick up where they had left off.
Daiki made a small purring sound immediately in the kiss, making it pretty clear he really had wanted Inoo to kiss him. Daiki tilted his head up, meeting Inoo’s lips better, and circled his arms soon around the older boy’s neck, tugging him closer.
Both of them were still shirtless, and with no blanket to cover them anymore, Daiki soon felt the coldness creeping up his back, and shivered. Inoo seemed to notice it, and broke the kiss, looking at Daiki slightly worried. “Nn, it’s a little cold…” Daiki said with a little smile. He leaned to press a small kiss on Inoo’s lips. He then moved his arms from around Inoo’s neck, and lowered them to around Inoo’s chest, leaning against the boy’s chest and resting the side of his face against the older boy. Being close like this felt warmer…
"We kinda forgot about how cold it was," Inoo said, laughing softly as he moved his arms and put them around Daiki. His eyes trailed over to their shirts, lying innocently on the floor, before he looked back at Daiki with a small smile. His body was still hot and he still wanted to push Daiki down and kiss him, but the heat was slowly cooling down and making it easier for Inoo to think properly.
“Mmm…” Daiki hummed quietly against Inoo’s chest. He shifted his face up slightly, and without even putting any thought into it pressed a soft kiss against the side of Inoo’s neck before leaning his head back against Inoo. Being like this, Daiki didn’t really mind even if it was a little cold…
Inoo felt all the blood rush to his face immediately after Daiki kissed his neck. Knowing Daiki, he probably didn't think it was anything but an innocent kiss, but that kind of... it was... Inoo tightened his arms around Daiki instead of thinking about it, biting his lip slightly and willing his face to not be so red, which didn't seem to be working.
