Hi All,
I'm interested in connecting with some like-minded, hardcore FFXI players. I've been playing FFXI for the last 4 years, but I stopped playing back in October of 2007 for financial reasons. However, I will be reactivating my Xbox 360 account again within the next week or so. I have not yet had a chance to experience the WotG expansion, so I will be a complete noob to it upon my return. I have gained some exceptional gameplay skills throughout the course of my playing FFXI, so I can easily pick-up where I left off.
I am also trying to figure out which server would be best for me to join. My character was last left on the Bahamut server. I transferred there from the Remora server...I wasn't really impressed with either server. There ended up being a lot of non-dedicated players, who barely did anything. I like doing the BCNM's, Hunting, HNM's, Salvage (still a noob here), Limbus (still a noob here) and definitely Dynamis (only have dynamis Sandy on my character due to lack of organization from last Dynamis LS). I am hoping to get on a productive, active server with a good economy (low inflation rate). When I reactivate my account, I will be changing my character name, so I will not be able to list that yet. My character specs are as follows (from what I remember):
Main Job: SAM - Lvl 75 (Merited) - My SAM has very good gear for my lvl, but not so much pimp gear yet. My SAM is my prize job ^^. Other Jobs: WAR - Lvl 37, BLM - Lvl 32, WHM - Lvl 33, RNG - Lvl 37 (I may have more jobs lvl'd, but I don't remember off-hand) Home Nation: Sandy Nation Flag Attained: Sandy (Rank 10) Access To Dynamis: Yes (im familiar with the Dynamis organization, job responsibilities and setup) Sky Access: Yes (I gained Sky access, but I haven't done much further) Sea Access: Working on (On CoP - made it to Lufais Meadows - CoP 4-?? - don't remember, but I know I beat the 'Dark One') ToA: i dont remember which mission im on, but i remember beating the pirate ship captain (major fight w/captain and crew). WotG: totally noob and wont have anything when i reactivate my account, but i will have the expansion upon my reactivation.
I was planning on Leveling RDM, since I started to level WHM and BLM. I also have intentions to Level SMN. This was my last course of action while playing FFXI. I was also in the midst of working on my fame levels for all of the designated areas. I have a pretty solid plan of action, but I need to get reacquainted with the gameplay again (It should only take a day or two).
I need to be able to migrate to a good server, with good people who are active players in the FFXI community and who actually play the game. The game has so much to be desired and experienced, but it takes good players to team up and get things done. I would like to become a part of a good LS with active, positive players. I have played with JP (luv most JP players ^^), but I am an English player and my predominant language is English. I am a respectable and respectful player and I get along with almost anyone...almost.
If any positive, active , mature and hardcore FFXI players are willing to take me under their wing, then please contact me before I reactivate my account. Once I decide who to go with, I will need a World Pass (I think). I did purchase a World Transfer for $25, but I only used it once, and it was to transfer to the Bahamut server just before I stopped playing. It has been more than 90 days, so I believe that I can just transfer to any world. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Overall, it has been a long-time for me and I look forward to playing FFXI again. I've actually been craving to play it for the last year, so I'm ready to begin at full force (once I get reacquainted). I give my thanks in advance to all who reply to my post with positive feeback, responses and insight. I look forward to meeting a good group of FFXI players.
Thanks! |
