I'm sitting in some diner in Port Angeles. I just filled up my tank for the umpteenth time, and am bored beyond belief. Now I realize why this car was so cheap. It's a gas guzzler!

Anyways, I'm still really nervous about going back home. I had to pull over just to steady my breath. Coming to La Push was, in a strange way, asserting my independence. In college, it always felt like I was going through a 2 year slumber party. But now, buying a house, getting a full time job...it's nerve wrecking. What if Aunt Sue tries to take control like she wanted to when I applied for colleges? She almost insisted that I go to a college closer to their home, not farther away. I'm glad that we started talking to each other after about a month, but what if we didn't?

No, there's no time to overanalyze everything. I have to go. I'll write more later.
