I. This RP is run in much the same way as [info]paixaorpg is run, for those who are familiar with it.

II. All role-play posts will be made to this community and, for the sake of organization, will be done this way:

A. The subject line will be the title of the post. The title can be anything you want as long as it has some relevance to the actual post. After the title, please write [active] if people are allowed to comment afterwards or [complete] if the post is finished and not open to comments.
B. The actual post will look like this
Characters:
Content:
Setting:
Time:
Warnings:
Actual RP post (Under LJ- Cut)
C. Characters: will contain all characters involved in the post and subsequent comments. This can be edited if more people than expected post.
D. Content: A very brief summary of the post, for organization's purpose. This can be edited if subsequent comments cause it to change dramatically.
E. Setting: Where it takes place
F. Time: When it takes place
G. Warnings: If there are no questionable material, leave it blank. If there are, you must list them here. If the material is enough to make the post above PG-13, you must friend-lock it
H. To be fair to those with crappy internet and to keep the page clean, please LJ-cut the actual RP post with the first line as the title of the cut
I. Add the character names to the tags for future reference, as well as the active/complete status, and "mature" if it contains mature content

III. When participating in a two person thread, a good idea is to have the person who did not start the thread simply keep replying to the main post while the person who did start the thread simply reply to the most recent post of their partner. That way, comments won't go off the page.
IV. When participating in a three person or more thread, everyone should reply to the main post to keep the comments on the page.
V. When a post-thread is done, change the status to complete and add the corresponding tag.
VI. If no one has replied to a thread in a week, feel free to close it.
VII. At this time, there are no message boards for KH:A, so any chat posts should be posted here. A chat post, unlike a RP post, can be written in the style of an AIM log and usually involves characters that are unable to speak face-to-face (and are presumed to be chatting over the internet). It must be posted like an rp post, with the chat under LJ-cut, and it must be marked as a chat post. Chat posts are not open to role-play replies, but characters can reply with comments. ^_^
