I never learn.
I never learn that I have to live with the idea that I come up with all these alternate outfits and redesigns for other people's fictional characters, but am also a lazy person with mediocre artistic skills.
My newfound obsession with Exedore Robotech has given me more ideas like these, things I think would be really neat if only I could get off my ass and do them half-decently. But sometimes I get inspired to try anyway.

Yeah. It's Sentinels Exedore dressed up as Neo-Exsedol (aka that retconned version of Exedore's Macross counterpart that looks like a cabbage in a cloak). Check out the differences here.
I can't believe that was my attempt to draw draped fabric. Good lord. (And I gave him "Waltrip boots", which I keep trying not to do)
I actually was crazy enough to try to incorporate this idea into a fanfic that WASN'T a crackfic, and sometimes I feel it ended up being pretty good, using the idea that Exedore's gone a little squirrely from various circumstances in his life and is still getting used to this idea of "fiction", and opening it up into a brief exploration of what fiction means and stuff like that.
