Ahh!

Mike DID end up calling!  I can't believe it!
I was writing an extra credit article for Biology when my phone went off.  I had it in my pajama pants pocket...but I thought it was in my robe pocket so I fumbled through both of them frantically until I found it.
I saw that it was a number that I didn't know...and answered right away.
And it was him!
I think my smile could have cracked my face!
XDD

We ended up talking about a bunch of stuff...jobs, friends, pets, living arrangements, the City Club (of course).
And he admitted to me that he is actually rather shy.  And that he normally doesn't talk to many girls at the CC and definitely doesn't normally ask them for their numbers.  He said that he had surprised himself when he asked me for my number.  And then he said that when they got back to their car, he searched all around Skyfire's car until he found his cellphone and then he programmed my number into his phone.
And he said that he talked about me all night...even when his friends and him went to IHOP after CC.
It sounds very similar to my own reaction, right?

He's really sweet, though.
He was saying how he couldn't believe that last night had happened.  And that he had almost not gone to the club because he didn't have the money...but his friends told him to search around the house for change and he did and found like $20 worth.  He said that he would have never thought that he would have actually met someone...since he's been to the club many times before with no real focus set on meeting someone.

Oh...and at one point, after talking for about 2 hours on the phone, I got off because my mom wanted to talk to me about him.
I told her all about him...and with a big smile on my face.

I began talking to him again on AIM (I also added him on MySpace).
And then, when he got tired of AIM (and I was actually folding my clothes because the AIM window wasn't flashing yet), he called me again.  And we talked some more on the phone.
We got to a point where we were both just grinning.  I said something like, "Oh no...the constant smile is back!" and then he laughed and said that he had a huge smile on his face.
And at that exact moment...Brandi IMed me (as she should know).  :P

I can't believe it!
He's so sweet and nice and adorable!
He got offline though because he has to wake up at like 5:30 for work.  But before he got off the phone (he said he wasn't going to get off quite yet because he was "busy" and sleeping could wait) I asked, "So...earlier you said that you don't normally dance, right?  Other then glowsticking?"
And he said yeah.
So I asked...rather awkwardly, mind you, " Well...do you, uhh, ever...dance with, you know, people?"
How awkward does that sound!?

But he laughed and said that he does.  And then he said, "What?  Do you want to dance with me on Saturday?"
And I said, "...Maybe."
And then he laughed and I laughed too.  And he told me he'd show my how to glowstick if I wanted to learn.  And he basically agreed to dancing with me.

Eeeeep!
And I guess he hasn't been in a relationship in almost a year.  I still beat him with nearly three years under my belt.  XDD
Oh!  And I guess his friends are all like "Good job with the girl" and stuff and they're all happy for him because he was recently saying how he's lonely and stuff.

And he said he'd call me tomorrow when he gets off of work at 4.  Even though I'll be getting ready for work and only be able to talk for a few minutes...he doesn't care.  :D

I feel like that eldest sister from The Sound of Music when she got kissed by the message boy after their whole singing/dancing scene and then he ran away and she clapped her hands together and went "Wheeeeeeeeeee!" in a really dumb voice.
And that was really dorky.
