Also: There is nothing wrong with finding a >web designer who speaks your native language if you can't speak English well enough to communicate what you want. I did not feel particularly bad about bailing on my most recent job since this guy as much as told me he had communication issues with the previous designer. I tried my best, but no amount of knowledge or skill can accomplish a task if the person directing the task isn't even sure what the task is.
