Rambling about my birthday:

So after being indecisive we ended up having dinner where I wanted to from the start, Sophia's Thai Kitchen, which has amazing amazing chicken satay and veggie fritters and yellow curry and everything basically.

After that we went to Sophia's Bar which is one of the most awesome in town, and they have an aquarium! We all got carded at the door (surprise surprise) and so I stole Jeff and Maggie and Jocelyn's first American bar outing right from under them muhahahaha.

Because they are awesome they give you a free drink on your twenty first. They have a special wheel of number coded drinks that you can spin to determine your free drink, it felt a little like a game show, but I gave it a try. I ended up with a bizarre drink called a Purple Hooter of which my housemates had tiny sips and determined that it was strange.

Prerequisite 21 day drink taken care of we headed to Nugget for birthday party groceries.

And then Jocen gave me my presents!!! They are amazing and for the win as is she.

So too are for the win are Jeff who came even thought he was dying of lack of sleep and academia, and Maggie who put up with all the indecision and long grocering even though she has homework and busy.
