I am VERY lazy when it comes to picking up my mail - its at a central location in my apartment complex that I have to walk to, and given the aforementioned laziness, I tend to wait a while before checking it. So when she mentioned she'd sent something to me, I thought, "WELL, MAYBE YOU SHOULD GO CHECK YOUR MAIL, LAZY BONES."

And lo I did =D

THE AWESOME THING ABOUT THIS IS - AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF SHE KNOWS IT - I ONCE WENT TO A LOCAL "COOTER FEST" (<----FOR THE TURTLES, YOU GUTTER BRAINS) AND MY COOTER WON! I GOT BRAGGING RIGHTS TO SAY THAT I HAD THE FASTEST COOTER EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI \O/ SO THIS PIN CARRIES ON THE TRADITION OF MY WEIRD OBSESSION WITH FAST COOTERS (I know its a bad joke, stop groaning, LOL)

++For those of you that read the Suite!Verse (and if you haven't yet, OMFG, GO READ IT) a new four part story is being posted, and to celebrate it (and the whole verse) loverstar made a trailer vid for it. Go watch it and tell her how fantastic it is.

++Even though I can vote early if I'd like to, I'm a gigantic dork who loves voting on election day (I once made my dad pick me up from college and drive me down to my hometown so I could vote in person on my very first election day =D). Anyhoodle, I like to keep my vote private (I even reprimanded Obama campaigners for blatently asking me who I was voting for - ALDSFJLSDKJFSD ITS SUPPOSED TO BE PRIVATE, ITS RUDE TO ASK ME, OKAY?). But I think I'm gonna out myself about who I'm voting for when I tell you that the pictures in this link made me cry. Seriously, if you don't at least shed a single perfect emo tear after seeing the little boys staring in awe at Obama, YOUR HEART IS MADE OF STONE :D
