Well, the day has gone pretty damn fast for me today! Seriously, I did not have a clue that it had gone past 6:15pm until I started up my laptop. I have been looking after the mad dogs, well - dog, for most of the past two hours. I went to the hairdressers this morning at 9:45am, and got my hair cut and coloured. I am so glad because my hair feels a lot better. And considering the fact that I have new hair colour as well! That makes me a lot happier to say the least. I no longer have to stare at my old fading hair colour. It was going a light brown, nearly golden blonde, which does not exactly look good on me. I have to say that dark hair colours suit me better. It also brings out the colour of my eyes better as well... and that is always a plus considering I actually love the colour of my eyes. How vain is that? Haha! I then also went to town with my mum to get myself a 3rd generation iPod Nano, 8GB, in black. I actually love it, yet I look at my bright blue 2nd generation iPod and still love that one. Ah well, it can be my back-up iPod you know. Though my mum can have her iPod earphones back because my other earphones for my old Nano bust... Sucky, huh?
"Who is this irrestible creature who has an insaciable love for the dead? Living dead girl! Rage in the cage, and piss upon the stage... There's only one sure way to bring the giant down." - Living Dead Girl by Rob Zombie.
Today after me and my mum went to town, we decided to take both Truman and Zeus for a walk. That is right people, a walk, together. Now that could spell disaster already... but to my surprise (and probably my mum's too), it went well! Of course with Zeus being a puppy, he had to rest quite a bit and got a lot of attention from passer by's. In the end, to save Zeus all the pain of walking back home, my mum carried him while I had Truman on his lead. Truman was as good as gold when I had him on his lead. He never once tried his luck and hardly paid any attention to Zeus, which is good. No matter how cute Zeus really is, Truman will always be my baby. I love Truman a lot, and I know this might sound crazy because he is a dog, but it does not matter to me. I cannot believe he is nearly three years old this year. It has gone so fast, it does not seem real. "So pull this switch and see my body twitch. Oh, as we dance on this memory... A light left blinking on it's own. And my blood is following down through this machine. In hope and desire, in hope I expire." - Hospitality by Funeral For A Friend.
Yesterday's icon post at the end of the last blog entry almost drived me insane. I was trying to get every code correct so I did not have to go back and change it, but alas, mistakes happened. In the end - it took me around two hours to get each image code right and to upload it on LiveJournal and Photobucket. Trust me, I will not be doing that again for a long while. I am only just recovering from it right now! My eyes were hurting, my arms started to ache... Gah, not for a lont time, that is for sure! But I hope you all enjoyed the icons, ranging from Ashley Massaro to CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. It sure was a mix for everyone I hope, though if you do want to see other icons made, just leave me a comment telling me what you would like to see next. I will try to get everyone's requests in the next icon post. You all might get a few banners/signatures next time as well! Feedback is always appreciated. :) Anyway, I am off to swoon over my 3rd generation iPod Nano and my brand new hair colour, so until next time all! Take care, and I shall love you and leave you. |
