1) Arm excercises

a) step side with toe drop the weight lift up and pull in from your side slide the foot in
b) step back with the oe drop the weight come up from the diaphragm arms open and close with a wrist cross in front

d) 2large half vertacle circles on one side mya (vertacle 8)
3) COMBINATIONS

e) modified grapevine step (step side, cross, side) while crossing and opening the arms ultimates (hip sit kicks, drop the hip on 2 drop the hip and release the foot)
f) 3 pt turn ultimates x2 3 pt turn ultimates x2 to front ultimates x2 to all corners in a backwards circle
g) horseshoe hips Front, back, front, front, back BFBBF
