Time for an update. In the middle of the night, yes. *g*

Sorry I haven't gotten to Odin yet. I want to take some new pictures of him before I write about what he did last weekend. I will definitely get to that this weekend.

We've had lovely lovely rain this week. From Monday through Wednesday it rained. Thursday morning it was still raining, but it cleared up and it's cool and sunny out or overcast. Take your pick. I love this time of year!

Thanks so much to those of you who helped out with voting. I had more people vote at [info]moonlightrumble than I've had for a while. Wanna see who the winners are? Round 3, Challenge 9 Winners

We only have one more challenge left there. The participants will be making four icons and they have to tell a story with them. Sounds like fun doesn't it? They get three weeks to do this. I'll let you all know when I post voting.

I got cool stuff in the mail this week!

Dresden Files Calendar.

All the art work is by Chris McGrath. There are a few new illustrations in the calendar that I hadn't seen before. Including another illustration of Harry 'without' the hat. Actually, there are three illustrations in the calendar which are not on Chris McGrath's web site. So, that was a big welcome and very intriguing surprise.

Illustrated Harry Dresden is very yummy. I know, that sounds weird.

I got Blood Lite in the mail. It's another collection of (humorous) short stories by various urban fantasy writers including Charlaine Harris and Jim Butcher. The Charlaine Harris story is not a short for the Southern Vampire novels though. I've only read the Southern Vampire series, so I don't know about her other ones. But, Jim Butcher's story is a Harry Dresden short. Haven't read it yet. I'm going to savor it this weekend. I read it. :D

I got a ComicCon magazine in the mail. I've only flipped through it.

OK, now for something really fun! I found this at YouTube.

I think this video is a collection of scenes from the movie Hundtricket. No subtitles so you just have to guess what they are talking about, unless of course you speak Swedish. Alexander SkarsgÄrd is in this. Remember those naked shower scene screencaps? Well, that scene in not on the video. Ha! Had you going there didn't I?

God he's cute! *g*

I have no idea what they are saying, but It's funny and fascinating. Honestly, he could read the Swedish phone book to me in Swedish and I'd be mesmerized.

[info]yeuxdebleu pointed out this article to me. Jesus is Calling: The Delicious Draw of the True Blood Soundtrack. I have to agree, the music they use on the show is really nice.

My daughter and I get up at 5:30 AM during the week because she has to be at school early for band practice. The original Star Trek is on one of the cable channels at that time in the morning and we've been watching it. We both mentioned at the same time how perfect Sylar(sorry I don't know the actor's real name) is for the part of Spock. I'm looking forward to the movie.

Alright, I really should get some sleep.
