I almost forget to mention.

I got my signed copy of Backup in the mail today and I read it already! It's a short story. A very good short story.

If you haven't read it yet or any of The Dresden Files books, don't look under the cut because it will be a MAJOR SPOILER for you if you intend on reading the books. And I don't know why you wouldn't.



OMG, I want to talk about it. Has anyone read it yet?

I've been fascinated with Thomas' kind of psychic vampirism since Jim Butcher first introduced him. This little story is like a tease. I would love to have a whole series of novels about Thomas and the Oblivian War. And how Thomas has to fight his inner demon and how he lets it out sometimes. Plus I just love the way Jim Butcher writes the character.

I have a feeling it is not to be though. Sadly.


I also got my hard cover copy of >Welcome to the Jungle. It's gorgeous.
