the big thing happens when I come back, I've made the decision to run a half marathon for charity next october. I know that's a year away but I'm not exactly fit right now and I've never done any running for 'fun' before in my life. my entire lifestyle will have to change which considering how much I've been partying lately and the deadly quantities of alcohol I've been consuming that can only be a good thing.

I'm actually looking forward to it as it's something I need, it's for charity and of course there's the benefit of looking better for the ladies. and although I know you don't need looks and a fit body to get a stunning girl (also not long ago I was getting very friendly with a stripper from australia who everyone that met her was desperate to shag) it always helps a little bit and gives an extra boost in confidence. only problem with me is that could tilt my confidence into the arrogance region, only time will tell...
