  2. How high do you rate your self-esteem?
  3. Does your life suffer from a lack of money?
  4. Do you have backup plans in case of you falling ill?
  5. Are you able to learn new skills, knowledge etc.?
  6. How has or how would losing someone close to you changed your life?
  7. Do you sometimes feel that your best is not good enough?
  8. Are there any areas of your life that are particularly stressful?
  9. Do you have effective stress handling skills?
  10. Do you find it easy to make decisions?
  11. Are they always the right decisions?
  12. Are you able to switch off the TV and focus upon other matters?
  13. Do you sometimes find yourself being too busy without enough time to complete all your work?
  14. Are you a good listener?
  15. Are you good at handling arguments with people who disagree with you?
  16. Do you find yourself putting off things you know you need to do?
  17. Do you feel you have a strong, suportive and healthy relationship?
  18. Can you admit to having any addictions?
  19. If Nature were to destroy your daily routine, your home, your life, do you feel you have the resources to survive?
  20. What beliefs hold you back?
