OK. I'm exhausted So, very brief. Hardy, Greg, and I went to Soul Food Sunday today in West Orange. I brought a couple of gallons of drinks, made like a punch. (And had the stuff for another couple of gallons.) Here it was, and it was a great summery thing. I highly recommend it for your summer get togethers.

2 quarts apple juice
1 bottle Plymouthgin.com"> Plymouth gin
1/2 bottle Elderflower cordial
juice of about 10 fresh limes

Mix, serve over ice. (Enough ice to make 2 gallons). This isn't strong, but it's delicious.

More about the party later, perhaps. It was a great evening, but TERRIBLE traffic getting home.
