Finally!!

I used the porch on my apartment yesterday!  Miraculously had Labor day off, so I took advantage of the beautiful cloudless sky to sit out and do some drawings while also trying to regain my natural color.  Also took the opportunity to cook up some bbq in the backyard.  Grilled up some chicken thighs (with a honey terriyaki sauce), sweet Italian sausages, roasted up some ears of corn, and even made homemade shis ka bobs.  All in all a very relaxing day for a change.  Almost a perfect day one might say, but I never like to jinx myself like that. (not that I'm superstitious) 

So, we bid adieu to another summer season, even though summer doesn't officially end til the equinox.  Pretty soon winter's icy grip will be here before you know it, guess it's definately time to get the car repairs that have been put off done soon.  :-p
